Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis eine absolute Katastrophe. Aber leider eines der attraktivsten in Safi.

Overall, it's a decent hotel. The only problem is that Safi is not a tourist destination kind of city

le receptionniste a refuse de nous louer une chambre sous le pretexte que mon amie marocaine n est pas mariee avec moi alors qu elle a une carte d identite francaise!!il m apropose une 2eme chambre et a a clairement dit "vous etes arabe et c est la regle"du grand n importe quoi sachant qu en olys je n ai pas reussi a joindre hotel.com pour annuler et que j ai paye une nuit d hotel pour rioen...

Great breakfast. Wifi is weak and the balcony is small.

Hotel ist ok. Wir waren nur 1Nacht dort. Das Personal war sehr nett ( Ausnahme Damen beim Fruehstueck) Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, in unserem Zimmer ging das eine Fenster nicht auf und das andere nicht zu. Leider gibt es in Safi viele Mueken. Sauberkeit war gut. Das Fruehstueck etwas duerftig.

This hotel is very run down and the rooms are terrible. Neither elevators worked and we had to carry our luggage up the flights of stairs. The front desk is indifferent and will not give you the right time of day...At breakfast the attitude of the staff was that they were doing you a big favor by allowing you to eat from the breakfast buffet in their hotel, and we had to ask for a spoon, as there was no spoon around, and they seemed quite shocked by our audacity!. No hospitality whatsoever. The room was filthy, no coat hangers at all, the bedside lights did not work and the bathroom needed a thorough clean. This hotel is probably on its last leg before closing down. The swimming pool needs a good clean, full reconstruction (there were more tiles around the pool area than in the pool itself!).
This place must have been beautiful at some stage, but now the whole place is run down and looks very tired and dirty. The corridors were filthy and with paint coming of the walls.

Hade väldiga problem med att bokningen inte fanns. Vi kontaktade hotels.com och fick fantastiskt bra hjälp där men receptionen var väldigt otrevlig och ohjälpsam. Både vid incheckning och utcheckning.Tillslut fick vi betala en gång till och får nu kräva hotels.com på återbetalning. tummen upp flr hotels.com men tummen ner för hotellet.

Someone was drunk when he declared this hotel 5 stars.
The service is terrible.
The hotel is very outdated, the rooms stink.
No hot water and towels stink.
Celebrating mosquitoib the bed room and not allow to sleep.
We preferred to spend the night in a car instead of the hotel room.
Personal advice,
There is nothing to seek in this city, just keep away.

Fint hotell men underhållet eftersatt. Inget lås på balkongdörren, låset i badrummet sönder, bara hälften av lamporna fungerade och hissen fungerade bara i bland.

c'est ce jour là que la climatisation est en panne, 42°C sur la place. c'est ce jour là que la piscine est louée à un centre aéré de jeunes locaux. c'est ce jour là que le wifi ne fonctionne pas. c'est ce jour là que le réceptionniste ne sait pas comment se passent les réservations prépayées avec hotel.com. etc

I am not sure when the hotel got it's 5 star rating. The building was old and there were no refreshment facilities within the room.

The hotel is not clean as expected 5* hotel. Even restaurant glass was dirty.

Very good experience for the area, considering that Saffi is a fishermen town. The staff very helpful, the night entertainment was a lot of fun, the service and the food in the the restaurant were very clean and reasonable priced.
and the pool was very clean and lively since it is use for none guest which give it a familiar atmosphere.
