4* auf dem Papier, aber nichr auf dem Niveau

- Terrasse mit super Ausblick beim Frühstück im 8. Stock
- nettes Servicepersonal beim Frühstück
- Rezeption nett und hilfsbereit
- Frühstück gut
- Dinner im hauseigenen Restaurant gut (aber überteuert)

Cons:

Sauberkeit der Zimmer: Schimmel im Bad, Flecken an den Wänden, unsaubere Böden, Ameisen überall (wurden dann zwar entfernt, kamen aber immer wieder aus den Wänden), WC Sitz fleckig und vergilbt, Brausekopf verkalkt.
Schwimmbad Öffnungszeiten 10-18, Liegen dürfen nicht verschoben werden (Schattensuchende haben Pech), Dreck im Pool (tägliche Reinigung vor Öffnung Fehlanzeige)
Poolboy sehr unfreundlich.
Wlan ging kein einziges Mal in den 7 Tagen, Handyempfang tlw. mieser als mies.
Gänge kahl und weiss, keine Bilder usw., erinnert eher an ein altes Sanatorium.
Aufzüge riechen extrem modrig und ekelhaft!
Lautstärke im Zimmer im 7. Stock furchtbar ständiges Möbelschieben über uns im Barbereich/Terrassenbereich (8.OG), private Partys über uns mit DJ bis weit nach Mitternacht, dass sie Wände wackeln - und danach wieder stundenlanges Möbelschieben.
Klimaanlage ging nur extrem stark oder extrem schwach.
Lage toll wegen Aussicht aber schwierig zum Gehen- gleich an einer gefährlichen Küstenstrasse, wo man ohne Gehweg laufen muss und Autos/Motorräder rasen an einem vorbei.
Frühstück: keine Käseauswahl, maximal 2 Sorten, tlw. nur eine Sorte, keine Dessertgabeln (4 Sterne Hotel??), Pancakes etc. kosten extra.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unterirdisch!
wer Luxus erwartet - aufgrund der Fotos im Internet - wird eine bittere Enttäuschung erleben.

la location è molto bella in una posizione ottimale a 2 minuti a piedi dal lungomare di Maiori. Sicuramente ci è piaciuto molto la jacuzzi sul terrazzo della nostra junior suite, la colazione all'ultimo piano veramente ricca e con vista mozzafiato e la presenza in struttura anche di un ristorante e di un Bistrot dove abbiamo cenato.

This hotel was very nice, and the room was amazing. The view was amazing as well, and the pool was calm and beautiful. The restaurant food was great, and the manager there was very nice — I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but he stood out for his service.

Ahead of our stay, I messaged them to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they offered to arrange a surprise for us. I chose champagne and flowers and paid for it in advance — up to this point, everything was great.

Cons:

When we arrived, the staff was very friendly, and I have no complaints about them personally. However, the way one employee handled our room upgrade left a bad impression. Since it was our honeymoon, she made it seem like we could choose between two different suites they had available at the time, at no extra cost beyond what I’d already paid when booking. We chose one of the suites, only to be told afterward that it would come with an additional charge amounting to roughly a third of the total price. This felt misleading, since it was presented as a honeymoon perk rather than a costly upgrade, and it didn’t match what I had seen when originally booking the room.

The other issue was with a phone problem in our room. I had to go down to the front desk three times about it, going up and down the elevator each time. Every time, the staff was pleasant and told me they were handling it, and asked me to go back up to the room so they could call to confirm it was fixed. But the call either never came, or came and the issue still wasn’t resolved, and I’d end up waiting with no follow-up, forcing me to go back downstairs again. In the end the problem was resolved. For a hotel this nice, with staff this friendly, and at this price point, that level of follow-through was disappointing.

The pictures of this property are a deception do not book this property , the air conditioners in rooms does not work , the terrace outside rooms is not and have mosquitoes , our son got heatstroke as we were given a small fan when continuous complaints were made about air conditioning , we had to cut short our stay paid extra for flights and the hotel did not refund our extra days room charges despite the issues at there end

Pros:

The accommodation has a very good location, and the view is absolutely amazing. The property was also cleaned regularly, which was a big plus and made our stay more comfortable.

Cons:

there is a significant difference between the photos shown on the booking website and the reality. The bathrooms in particular are quite disappointing. The basin is very old, the fixtures look outdated and not properly maintained, and the shower is extremely small. Unfortunately, there was also visible mold in the shower, which was not pleasant.

Overall, the location, cleanliness and amazing view are strong positives, but the condition of the bathroom and the difference between the advertised photos and the actual accommodation were disappointing.
