Horrible experience

Cons:

The pictures of this property are a deception do not book this property , the air conditioners in rooms does not work , the terrace outside rooms is not and have mosquitoes , our son got heatstroke as we were given a small fan when continuous complaints were made about air conditioning , we had to cut short our stay paid extra for flights and the hotel did not refund our extra days room charges despite the issues at there end

The accommodation has a very good location, and the view is absolutely amazing. The property was also cleaned regularly, which was a big plus and made our stay more comfortable.

Cons:

there is a significant difference between the photos shown on the booking website and the reality. The bathrooms in particular are quite disappointing. The basin is very old, the fixtures look outdated and not properly maintained, and the shower is extremely small. Unfortunately, there was also visible mold in the shower, which was not pleasant.

Overall, the location, cleanliness and amazing view are strong positives, but the condition of the bathroom and the difference between the advertised photos and the actual accommodation were disappointing.

Nice stay and beautiful location. We enjoyed our two nights. Fee improvements required but overall positive experience
Pros:

The bar area on 8th floor overlooking the algarve sea front is beautiful and minutes walk from Maiori. To catch the bus to head towards amalfi or Salerno is straight forward. Hotel staff were helpful when needed and helped arrange taxi’s or address any issues. Pool area is lovely with sunbeds and good availability of drinks. Room was large and nice balcony overlooking the sea front. Lunch food was delicious and good choice. I had the best fish burger. Must try!

Cons:

Room was quite basic and dated. The hotel is refurbing rooms but the family room for the price paid for two nights didn’t match expectation of room. Shower is tiny in size and we got lots of noice during the night with banging doors or from other floors near us. We asked rodeo the safe to be reset to secure our items but this wasn’t addressed. Putting this down to staff forgetting but no big deal. Breakfast was included and was nice but only issue was food isn’t covered so flies to get attracted in open area.

La ubicación era muy bonita ,con unos atardeceres preciosos, el personal súper atento y agradable, siempre pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos, siempre hay un coche en la puerta para llevarte donde quieras y la zona del bar y la piscina fue nuestra parte favorita , el desayuno muy surtido y los muchachos siempre atentos

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There is a beautiful watchtower with a private beach across the street.
Pros:

The views are breathtaking from the balconies. You can walk into town and visit the local shops. A shuttle runs to and from town as well. The beaches were wonderful.
