Says all inclusive but you have to pay for sauna and pay for ritual and pay for glas to have a water in sauna this is what should be normal everywhere!
If you charge people please state it in your offer, so people are prepared and not expecting all inclusive!
Too many people evrywhere including wellness area.

Vegyes: kicsit lehet volna precízebb, főleg az ételek minősége, de ár-érték arányban OK.
Pros:

Mindent igyekeztek megtenni, hogy mindenki jól érezze magát. Piros pont, hogy a szálló vendégei a szokásos nyitásnál hamarabb vehették igénybe a termálfürdőt. Étteremben és a bárpultnál a pincérek nagyon udvariasak voltak. Az étteremben folyamatosan és gyorsan töltötték fel a kifogyóban lévő fogásokat. A szállodától nagyon kedves szülinapi megemlékezést is kaptunk! Három lift is volt, a nagyszámú vendég ellenére nem volt gond a szállodában való közlekedéssel.

Cons:

A fürdőszobában nem működött az elszívó, hiába jeleztük a recepción, nem került javításra. A szobában a TV nem rendelkezett Internet hozzáféréssel - egy ilyen helyen ez már elvárható lett volna! Az étterem kínálata úgy ahogy megvolt, de az ételek minősége hagyott kívánni valót maga után - rengeteg vendég volt, eléggé ízetlenek voltak az ételek.
