We would stay again at the Cayman. It's very reasonably priced and very clean. That's important.
Pros:

First off, it's on the coastal highway but it is on the ocean side so we did not have to cross the busy highway. The beach was less than a minute walk. Second, we picked it because it had a kitchenette and a full size living room and a separate bedroom. We do not want to wake up and have to immediately get dressed to find breakfast so the kitchenette which was amply stocked with dishes, pans etc, was the perfect solution for preparing breakfast. And add to that thought - eating three meals a day out in Ocean City is beyond many vacationers budget. I would suggest bringing your own skillet as the pans were not conducive to frying eggs. But I had already figured that out and came prepared. There was a door to the bedroom so that I was able to go to bed earlier and my husband could watch TV until much later without waking me. Cayman is clean and the staff is friendly. Special shout-out to Evanna at the front desk. What a delightful person. We only used the pool one day, but it was also clean and enjoyable. This is the first time we stayed far out on the coastal highway. We usually are closer to the boardwalk. I liked this better.

Cons:

We felt the bed could have been a little more comfortable, but I will acknowledge that most folks love their own beds and it's hard to be comfortable anywhere but home.

2nd time staying here within two weeks this summer. Great location and peaceful just how I like it. Great staff
Pros:

Peaceful area and close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. Also close to an awesome park you can walk in the morning. Staff cleans everyday if needed

Over all my stay was good and the staff were nice
