Need to have a company come deep clean! Obviously his keepers are not doing their job!
Cons:

Bed bugs
Dirty walls , tables , bathtub
The bottom in the bathtub was literally falling in , couldn’t even shower
More than 10 people were leaving the same day we all checked in!

Good stay with some inconveniences
Pros:

Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Power going out and door keys were not working. Serveral.times maintenance man had to ket us in while we had to wait for him to come

This was my second time coming to Cayman but first experience was way better

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that me and my wife open and slept on the couch but we were woken up by bed bugs or ticks that bit on our ankles and feet. I told the front desk and I completely said we didn't want any problems or our money back we just needed you to remove the couch out the room and replace it with another one and they did that but still should've compensated us for our troubles and they didnt. I think they didn't care bc we were black and had kids and a clean dogs and probably assumed the mess came from us...but I won't be coming back
