Pros:

Excellent service and a genuinely caring staff that makes you feel valued. Great central location, reliable Wi-Fi, and 24/7 backup power with full AC during blackouts.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel is outdated and badly needs renovation. The furniture is old with a strong odor, the bed and balcony chairs were broken, and there are no outlets near the desk. Despite the amazing hospitality, I won't be returning.

Pros:

Room is super big comfy bed, high ceiling and complete amenities
Staff are very friendly and accommodating esp Natalie
The buffet is excellent. Would love to stay here again if we visit Odesa
