Cons:

We booked suite room with 2 queen bed... but they gave 1 bedroom for 4 adult and 2 kid... staff was very rude.. did not show to front desk until 20 min
.. we are waiting with kids... then we spoke up .. that we have kids .. then they switch to normal 2 bedroom..so we paid suite room but got normal room ..it's rip off. No break fast.. manager was so rude.

Cons:

I can't believe what happened yesterday can be possible in the United States, I made a reservation
and started going to the hotel immediately on getting there i saw someone walking up and down telling me he's coming and I waited for about 30 minutes he came to the front desk and asked for my ID and I gave him then he said there's no room available and I said but I have already booked online he repeated there's no room so I had to drive another 1hr to my house.

Cons:

It would've been nice if it was cleaned up and not used that night and the sheets were cleaned and the room was cleaned, service was terrible and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag, we immediately checked out the same night. Even tried getting a receipt for the cancelation and they said they couldn't give me a receipt which i know was a lie, even went the next day and they give me prints of micro transactions that were never made in the room. I still didn't get my insurance down-payment yet when said I'll get that back nor a refund

Cons:

You charged for early check-in but you don't compensate when check-in a quest after the required time. I was check-in at 415pm because the rooms were not ready. And the room stinks, unclean, staff smoking everywhere, employees kids running around the reception. Very nasty place with unprofessional staff.

Absolutely horrible and need my money back. Did not stay
Pros:

Nothing! Absolutely horrible service. Rooms smelled like dirty mold, dirt all over carpets, the first rooms smell was so bad we had to get another then the 2nd room the lights stayed on all night and toilet didn’t work. Asked front desk at 8am to please fix, got back at 530 and nothing was done. He then asked if I tried to fix the toilet myself. We left

Not a place for any human or animals to stay

Nothing, I had paid so I stayed because it was a no refund fee.

Cons:

The lobby smelled moldy, and very unclean with sand and straws. The room had a bad mold odor that entered into us and our things. The bed skirt was molded, and the only chair had mold on the chair and the back of the chair. They had no towels, and when asked the excuse was customers took them all, on the 2 nights we spent. Staff wes not easily accessible. This place has to be shut down ASAP. Not healthy environment. Carpet stunk moldy and bathroom has roaches of all sizes to the 3rd generations on the floor and bath tub.
