Excellent hotel to stay for family, closed to Mix C and dining places in less than 5 min walk.
Pros:

Walking distance to Luohu Mix C and dining places nearby as well and metro. Very central location to the parks nearby as well. Provided the self service laundry option as well. We can choose different type of pillows ( firm, soft, medium and memory form) Very thoughtful of that. Staff are very friendly and kind, always available and fulfill our requests.
We love the complimentary fruits in the room and hotel facilities are superb.
Kids love staying here and we will definitely return and stay again. We stayed for 4 nights and wish we can stay for bit longer.

Confortable mais manque de rangements pour séjour plus long.

L’emplacement. Propreté.

Cons:

Nous sommes une Famille de 4 ( dont 2 enfants). Le petit déjeuner était écrit inclus, mais surprise, pas pour un de nos enfants. Il faudrait le préciser dans l’offre.

Cons:

We booked a twin room 2 adults 2 kids with breakfast included in the price . However the hotel staff mentioned that only 1 pax is entitled to breakfast . The rest of us have to pay . This is really very unusual and the staff cannot explain why my booking includes breakfast but they will not honour it.

Lovely hotel, great location - close to the MixC shopping complex. Modern and very clean. Professional and helpful staff members. Breakfast was yum. Very happy with our stay.

Pros:

Luxury service, even if the front desk doesn't understand English, they will do translation chat with you to make sure everything is properly communicated. Very clean hotel next to a high end mall and easy access to the metro. Highly recommended.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in my life
Pros:

I stay here everytime when I go to Shenzhen. The room is comfortable, spacious and technology advanced (especially with the robot food devilry, smart toilet which is better than the ones in japan). They always stock the room with water and gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift. I needed the staff to place some food orders on Meituan for me and she helped me right away. I needed a car to go directly to the hongkong airport, they were able to arrange right away as well. Don't skip this hotel as you would regret!!

Loved the hotel, near to LuDanChun Mtr and Grand Threatre Mtr. I enjoyed very much with my friend and during my birthday, they provided me with a complimentary plate of fruits and thats very nice of them. Overall, very good 2 night stay..
