Great value for the price, comfortable with friendly staff.
Pros:

The location relative to the national park was good. The room was good size. Overall, very good for the price. The staff was always friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. Some yogurt or fresh fruit would be great. In general, restaurants in Holbrook are really limited, especially for vegetarians. Not the hotel's fault, of course.

Great value for a safe, clean, comfortable stay
Pros:

We made our own waffles on waffle-making grills in the breakfast area! It was delicious, condiments were available! There was the requisite coffee along with tea and orange juice. Dry cereal among other things were provided. It was nice.
The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for our convenience.

Cons:

Everything was adequate for a one-night stay.
