Overall we had a great time there
Pros:

Great location - close to Benidorm but far enough away to avoid the chaos.
Great facilities. Spacious room. Very comfortable. Level Lounge was good.

Cons:

A 5 star room should have provided water bottles in the room each day - not charge $4 from the mini bar for them.

Personal buen trato y hotel muy cómodo.

La entrada a las 16.00 me parece un poco tarde, me hubiese gustado entrar antes.
En el restaurante de comida mediterránea la carne que nos pusieron sabía a vieja.
