Ruido excesivo de salida de aire acondicionado, puertas y ventanas sin sellar con lo que la entrada de aire y frío era inevitable. Instalaciones a mejorar. Comida del restaurante nivel bastante bajo. Calidad/precio para nada conforme. Precios excesivos para lo que ofrecen.

Fantastiskt fint boende med det lilla extra
Pros:

Fantastiskt stort och fint område. Vi hade ett skyline-rum och utsikten över Benidorm var magnifik. Rent och stort rum med två terrasser.
Sköna sängar och alla bekvämligheter man behöver.
Trevligt bemötande och service från personalen och mycket god mat. Kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka. Perfekt läge precis vid golfbanorna.

Cons:

Det enda som var ett litet minus var att dubbelsängen var två enkelsängar som var ihopsatta.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel au petit soin, vues à couper le souffle de tous les coins de l’hôtel, piscine extérieure chauffée à 27, pleins d’endroits où se poser tranquillement et profiter des jardins/ vues sur le golf, vue sur la skyline
Petit déjeuner excellent nous qui sommes français et aimons la bonne nourriture on a été comblé et omelette sur mesure à la demande

Cons:

Piscine intérieure à réserver sur un créneau d’une heure et payante 22e par personne en janvier
Restaurant le soir, crevettes contaminée avec une bactérie, pas la meme qualité que le petit dej rien à voir donc à éviter selon moi car plusieurs avis sur les intoxications sur trip advisor nous avons quand même voulu tenter..

La habitación , fatal. Grietas en paredes y techo, baño se salía el agua de la bañera, agarrador y secador de pelo roto… La habitación deja mucho que desear para el precio que tiene y ser de 4 estrellas

Muchos de los lugares están con grietas. La ducha de nuestra habitación cuando se abre por la presión moja todo el baño y la mayoría de canales de TV no funcionan. He ido por muchos años pero se nota el desgaste de algunos lugares y habitaciones.

Un gran hotel quedándose atras por falta de servicio y modernización
Pros:

Las camas son cómodas con tres tamaños de almohada para elegir. Habitación amplia con baño amplio y vestidor. Elbuffete de desayuno en lineas generales, el lounge gratuíto del servicio de Level, el gimnasio muy amplio y bien equipado y la piscina climatizada.

Cons:

Zumo de naranja artificial en temporada en Alicante, no hay excusa. Algunas cosas de la habitación se estan quedando muy anticuadas, como la tele y la ducha. La limpieza mediocre, claramente las empleadas hacen lo que pueden pero estan desbordadas. En nuestro pasillo estuvo el carro de ropa sucia todo el tiempo, asi como una gotera que tenía un cubo debajo, luego nada (con el peligro que supone) y luego ¡una toalla de piscina!...en serio, ¿no tienen un cartel de esos de "piso mojado" para poner y que la gente no resbale?. Donde miraras, había dedos en los cristales.Y lo peor de todo, asistimos a una actividad programada pr el hotel donde no apareció nadie, y cuando reclamamos en recepción se limitaron a intentar localizar al monitor por teléfono. Aún no se si es que había fallecido... ni una disculpa.
