Gorgeous getaway for the whole family
Pros:

It was absolutely stunning. Great staff too! Heated outdoor pool enabled us to swim in March, and there were plenty of kid's facilities for my 2.5 year old. Amazing food at the buffet too, I've never had such quality food from a buffet!

Cons:

There was honestly nothing I didn't like.

Architektur und Lage sind außergewöhnlich. Service mittelmäßig. Zimmer schallempfindlich.
Pros:

Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein und der Schall sehr laut. Besonders bei den nicht gut erzogenen Kindern die den Raum als Spielplatz nutzen.

Cons:

Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig - auch das Warenangebot ( Speisen und Getränke) sind sehr überschaubar. Automatenkaffee bei 5 Sternen ein no-go!

Great hotel in lovely surroundings
Pros:

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a large terrace with sun loungers, offering an impressive view of Benidorm. The restaurant offers plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also has a heated outdoor pool, so you can enjoy swimming even during the colder months.

Mooi mega groot hotel op prachtig domein met toch nog wat werkpuntjes om de klanten een beter gevoel te geven.
Pros:

Hotel is rustig gelegen op een prachtig domein dat uitkijkt over Benidorm en de bergen. Er is voldoende parking voorzien (ondergronds betalend) en buiten gratis. Als je aankomt kom je precies een dorp binnen gereden met een kerktoren (met bijhorende klokken) en een zeer mooie binnenplaats waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. Prachtige zwembaden met 1 verwarmd zwembad waar het heerlijk vertoeven was.

Cons:

Als je aankomt is het even zoeken waar de receptie is. Het was al donker en slecht weer en het hotel zag er verlaten uit. We hadden een kamer The Level geboekt, ruime kamer met zeer mooi zicht en ruim balkon dat helaas niet gepoetst werd. Ook de netheid van de kamer kon beter. Ze bieden witte sloefen aan maar tegen het eind van de week waren die gewoon zwart onderaan. Onze kamer lag net boven de receptie wat maakt dat er zeer veel lawaai naar boven komt van gasten maar wat ons vooral gestoord heeft waren de werkmannen die s’nachts de vloer van de inkom kwamen boenen. Ze stonden te roepen tegen elkaar en met meubels te versleuren, midden in de nacht terwijl het hotel overdag leeg was. Meegegeven aan de receptie zouden we een andere kamer krijgen maar zijn we niet op ingegaan, is ook een hele verhuis en ze hebben ons dan maar oordopjes gegeven. Het restaurant, mooi keuze aan gerechten maar niet warm genoeg. Ook zeer rumoerig, grote groep golfers die nogal veel lawaai maakten. The level lounge viel ook tegen, niet veel keuze aan gerechtjes (kroketten) die na vijf minuten ook koud zijn uiteraard en ook kwa aperitief niet veel keuze. Dat hebben we in het verleden al in andere melia hotels beter meegemaakt. Voor de mensen die geen auto huren, je ligt niet op wandelafstand, is meer dan 1.5uur wandelen naar Benidorm en voor een taxi moet je lang wachten. Er is geen shuttle van het hotel voorzien, toch niet in maart, de periode dat wij geweest zijn. De manager hebben we gans de week niet gezien ( of een vervanger) wat ook jammer is. Geen contact met hun klanten.
