Prenotate due stanze, la stanza dei miei ospiti non aveva acqua calda, ma non ci è stato proposta alcuna compensazione economica
La mia stanza invece non aveva una pulizia accettabile per un 4 stelle (peli nella vasca). L'aria condizionata inizialmente non funzionava, è stato necessario chiamare la reception e farla attivare manualmente.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main attractions of Alberobello, making it easy to explore the town on foot.
A big advantage was the indoor garage, where we could safely leave our car and take the lift directly to our floor, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception desk was staffed until 11 pm, so there was always someone available to assist when needed.
The air conditioning in the room worked very well, which made our stay especially comfortable during the warm weather.
Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Alberobello.
We loved the location. We were able to walk to the Truli houses and easily explore that area. It was a pretty easy drive to the beaches too. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good air conditioning too!!
A couple of things were lacking. 1. There isn’t an area to gather or relax outside or within the hotel. The lobby is nice, but not conducive to gathering or reading, etc and there is really no where to sit outside to relax either. 2. No pool. :( It was our oversight, but we were under the impression there was a pool. We were really disappointed when we realized there was no pool.

Personalul foarte amabil, nota 10+.Hotelul are si parcare subterana cu acces la lift. Este aproape de centru, cateva minute de mers pe jos. Curtea este ingrijita cu multa verdeata. Camerele spatioase si luminoase sunt curate. DIn pacate, papucii trebuie solicitati la receptie, in baie este doar sapun lichid/sampon.
Foarte minimalist, camera imi aminteste de internat iar restaurantul de cantina. Pentru titlul "grand Hotel" cam putin.
Das Hotel liegt zentral und man erreicht nach wenigen Metern das Zentrum und zahlreiche Restaurants Parken auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist kostenlos.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns wertvolle Tips zu guten Restaurants gegeben.
Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgradeauf eine große komfortable Suite erhalten, in der es wirklich an nichts fehlte. Vielen vielen Dank!
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und ist ganz sicher als überdurchschnittlich zu bezeichnen.
