Experiencia nao muito bom, ja havia ficado neste hotel outras vezes, meus dados nao foram salvaos.
No quarto a TV e secador nao estavam funcionando, ate sugeriram a mudanca de quarto porem depois que ja tinha desfeito malas é complexo

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, porém precisa melhorar o cuidado com a área de lazer. A piscina, a academia e a sauna parecem abandonadas. Só precisa mesmo de um pouco de cuidado. A cama do quarto que fiquei é péssima. Muito dura e fiquei com muitas dores no corpo. O frigobar era vazio. Poderiam deixar o básico disponível para o hóspede. No mais, o tamanho do quarto é ótimo, a estrutura também. O café da manhã é básico, mas bom. A tapioca feita na hora é ótima. O ponto alto vai para a equipe. A camareira é ótima. O pessoal do restaurante é espetacular. Elogios para os garçons Errigleiber e o Clécio que são pessoas formidáveis. Elogio também para o Roberto, que é supervisor. Sempre nos atendeu da melhor forma possível.

Num lapso de 2 meses, esta foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos no SJ.
O pessoal é otimo! Em abril e maio/25, adoramos os rapazes da recepção pela presteza, educação e simpatia. Agora merecem destaque o Iury e a Letícia.
Roupas de camas cheirosas, limpeza e café da manhã de qualidade. Tapioca nota 10!
Somente um ponto me desapontou: fizemos a reserva para um apt duplo executivo. Em abril nos acomodaram num quarto com 2 camas ENORMES (aproximadamente 1.10 m de largura cada) e confortáveis.
Ontem ficamos num quarto com cama pequena e colchão duro. Dormi mal e fiquei com dor na lombar. O problema é que era a mesma categoria de quarto: Executivo.
Sugestão: padronizar as camas dos quartos executivos para tam G.
