Room was very big and clean. Just a couple of minutes from the Zion Canyon entrance.
Pros:

Everything was really nice. Parking was right in front of my room so moving stuff in was super easy.

Cons:

The only downside was that the power shut off on me several times

La signora alla reception molto gentile. Struttura comoda e pulitissima. Ottimo per vedere lo Zion. Colazione al sacco approvata essenziale.

Amazing staff on ground. Helpful, friendly. Location is in the middle of Springfield, easy to get to the Park Shuttle or walk the city

The Lodge is a bit run down. It needs some upkeeping and renovating.

Cons:

Reception closes at 9 PM; we had been traveling all day, and when we arrived, the attendant said they were on the verge of canceling our reservation. Another point: breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM, which delays an early departure for the park; furthermore, it is served in small bags that have to be picked up at reception, as there is no actual area where you can sit down and eat.

L'emplacement, le personnel

Cons:

Le bruit de la climatisation, le petit déjeuner servir tard pour ceux qui veulent se rendre tôt au parc. Un petit déjeuner sorti du sac est proposé en alternative mais pas très appétissant.

Cons:

La robinetterie d’un autre âge, la Clim qui fait un bruit infernale, le petit déjeuner inexistant qui commence soit disant à 6h30 et qu’à 7h20 n’était toujours pas disponible.

Cons:

L’esperienza in questa struttura è stata inqualificabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo bassissima, prezzo salato per avere la colazione al sacco sempre. Pensavamo che la colazione fosse al sacco a causa che il primo giorno ci siamo alzati presto per andare al parco prima dell’orario della colazione previsto per le 7.30. Ma la mattina dopo alle 7.30 la colazione è di nuovo al sacco. Veramente una delusione!
Inoltre, tornati dal parco, dopo 8 ore di camminate volevamo riposarci ma purtroppo c’era un tizio a fare i lavori dall’altra parte del muro di camera nostra a trapanare e martellare. La struttura non ci ha neanche avvertito di questo imprevisto.
Per me tutto ciò è inqualificabile, dal prezzo alla mancanza di trasparenza del personale. Pagate salata solo la vicinanza al parco, non andate!
