Pros:

Great location. Clean room. Good area with shelf’s near microwave/fridge for food. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

No housekeeping service during 3 night stay. Bagged breakfast was just okay. Lobby with limited hours - doesn’t open until 7:30am and closes at 9pm. The late opening doesn’t help with early park starts.

Muy buen lugar.
Pros:

Muy lindo, cómodo, una vista hermosa.

Cons:

El desayuno es básico( fruta, yogurt, torta dulce). perdí una cadena y no se pudo recuperar.

Great location and staff was friendly
Pros:

Breakfast was grab and go. I understand and it was sufficient until we could get to the restaurant.
The location was FANTASTIC.

Cons:

The mattress was terrible, not very comfortable. Little high off the ground for me. My husband thought so too.
The chair for the desk was low compared to the height of the desk.
I like a bath if there is no hot tub at the hotel. There was no plug for the bathtub so I had to use a washcloth to keep water in the tub.

Great location in Springdale - eateries a short walk away and only a 2 minute drive to Zion National Park entrance.
Breakfast is basic, but handy if you want an early start - just collect it from reception to go. Nice, clean and comfortable room - recommend asking for a room on the higher level so you can enjoy the view.
Staff were all really friendly and were happy to share their knowledge of Zion so you can get the most of your time within the national park.
Tip - try to make time to visit Bryce National Park which can be accessed via the Zion tunnel.

Absolutely loved everything, from the receptionist to my room.
Pros:

The receptionist ladies were both so kind and welcoming. Shannon was so helpful and kind, definitely will be coming back to stay here. Everything was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say, I absolutely loved my stay here!
