Perfect accommodation near Zion Canyon - I highly recommend it
Pros:

Perfect location - very close to the entrance of Zion National Park. Spacious and clean rooms, parking lot (it is allowed to leave your car here till the afternoon)

Cons:

It was a bit expensive - but from a business perspective, it is fully understandable: limited number of rooms in Springdale, great location, clean rooms, parking lot - everything you need for a perfect trip to Zion

Great location, clean, and quiet.
Pros:

Clean, centrally located, wonderful staff, and quiet.

Cons:

As an adventure destination we got out before sunrise to get into Zion and beat the heat, coffee in the lobby wasn’t available until 7:30a.

The room coffee was awful, it was flavorless and weak.

Great location. Clean room. Good area with shelf’s near microwave/fridge for food. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

No housekeeping service during 3 night stay. Bagged breakfast was just okay. Lobby with limited hours - doesn’t open until 7:30am and closes at 9pm. The late opening doesn’t help with early park starts.
