The stay overall was good. I would book again based on the location.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was within walking distance of amazing restaurants and the tram that takes you to Zion Park. Perfect location. Beautiful views.
Staff was very kind and accommodating and happy to provide insight for the Park.

Cons:

The size of the room was a bit tight for myself and 2 teenage children. Toiletries were not clean. There was a light outside of the room that didn't turn off at night, so whoever slept be the window (me) had a night light in their face the whole night.

Great location and very quiet. Close to the bus system to get to Zion, and walkable to restaurants.
Pros:

The location was amazing, and it was very quiet!

Cons:

They advertise breakfast included and show pictures of the breakfast bar, but....it is a carb-loaded sack lunch, grab-and-go style breakfast. Very misleading. Check-in is disconnected from the Booking site - my reservation was cancelled as I was traveling due to their relationship. Luckily, they still had a room for us.

The hotel was generally clean, the comfort was wonderful, and the scenery was spectacular!
Pros:

The location was great! Amazing scenery on both sides of hotel. Quaint shops and eateries up and down street. People were friendly! I slept fine and was comfortable during the night with airconditioning.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner; it was adequately cleaned. The bathtub was old and somewhat marred but the shower was useful. I was too late for breakfast but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

It was pretty good. Close to restaurants and the park.
