Great staff. Good rooms with updated clean facilities, and clean well-maintained bathrooms. Staff was super helpful.

Very helpful staff at the front desk, a plentiful breakfast buffet with an attentive wait staff, a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and Citi Field and the hotel was in very close and easy walking distance to shopping, many restaurants and mass transportation.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the carpet around the bed, nearest to the window had a certain smell or odor that at times could be unpleasant.i
We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een grotere kamer. De bedden zijn groot en liggen lekker, fijne douche en alles is heel schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en de kamer wordt heel netjes schoongehouden. De locatie ligt heel dicht bij veel restaurants en winkels en op loopafstand van de trein en metro. Ook was er zelfs een brengservice toen we naar een evenement in de wijk toe gingen.
De airco werkt goed, maar het geluid is wel wat hard. In de suite is er geen servies of bestek in de keuken te vinden, dit was wel handig geweest. Maar verder een superfijn verblijf gehad hier!

The mattress could’ve been a little firm. Too soft for my back pain but that’s just me personally.
Location and staff
The shower head was not adjustable and wouldn’t move so it was hard to take a comfortable shower. It was pointed towards the wall which made no sense. We made it work as best as possible.

The up grade to a suit was fantastic, and the location to the public transport was very convenient.
Would have preferred clearer instructions on parking availability.

Check-in was excellent, except there was no place to park temporarily while doing it. The room was clean and had all of the expected facilities. The TV even had Fox Business channel, which is not the case at many hotels.
The biggest problem was the combination of jet noise from the airport and street noise. I asked for a "quiet room, if possible", but apparently it wasn't possible. The parking garage entrance was so narrow that it took about 3-4 minutes to get down the ramp safely. And don't even think about using it without the required pre-reservation. Also, no place to park for a few minutes while checking in. For a longer stay, it would have been physically difficult to watch the TV from anywhere other than the bed. (The only chair was on the other end of the room and too massive to move.)
I only liked the size & quality of room, nothing else.
Breakfast was terrible. They did not have enough varieties of breakfast. There are no donuts, no pastries/danish, no pancake/waffles, no yogurts, etc. I strongly won't encourage anybody to stay in this hotel, if they desire to have good breakfast. The breakfast is very low standard as compared to you pay the tremendously high price for your room.
Parking was terrible. I drove my minivan all the way from Washington DC area. I did not get any single parking in that area. The hotel had one space at the time of my check-in. But, the entrance to go to the basement parking space is so narrow that I did not have any courage to go there. The hotel does not have any free parking space for their guests. Even there are no free parking around, I was ready to pay high parking price, but I did not get a single space even for paying very high price within few blocks around. Then, eventually I had to drive for an hour just for parking my car in front of my relative's home, then took subway train to get to hotel. I had to do this same trouble for two nights. Even the subway/train station is far away from hotel. I strongly won't encourage anybody to stay in this hotel, if they drive from out of town and want to park near hotel.
The room is very clean and quite. The stuff is very helpful. The lobby area is beautifully decorated.
Parking can be tricky. There is an option for valet parking at the hotel.
