What I liked was that it was in a great location and very clean. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.
The reason I did not give this hotel a 10 was because of a misleading note found on booking.com. I do not know if fault of hotel or fault of booking.com. The online view of hotel says breakfast. This to me says included but apparently not. There was an additional 21 dollar fee for each guest to have breakfast there.
Booking sites have to state in very simple words “breakfast included” or “breakfast available but not included.” When a site says breakfast it usually means included.
The $42 extra for 2 people would have affected my stay there and I probably would not have booked there.
Not to diminish the fact that this is a fabulous hotel, clean, impressive and friendly. The breakfast issue is why I didn’t give it a 10. Is it fault of hotel or booking.com?

Room was right off the lobby, EXTREMELY noisy. People allowed to hang out in the lobby at 1am yelling and making noise.

It was a full service buffet and not bad at all.
The room was clean and spacious. I liked having the shuttle to Citifield and to the airport. This was very convenient. Having the coffee in the lobby was nice for our early flight.
The hotel was extremely clean. The shuttle between the airport & hotel was extremely helpful & was a strong selling point. The hot breakfast each morning was great. The front desk personnel were pleasant, helpful & informative.
We had a slight problem adjusting the a/c. Seems like it was either too cold or you can just turn it off & it eventually gets too warm. But we did not call to complain about it. I would have liked to have a handicap bar in the shower. People of a certain age or those with slight disabilities might appreciate a 'grab bar' in the shower.
