Pros:

Petit déjeuner pas assez frais , des yaourts passé de date et les plats surchauffé . Manque de sourire et de politesse d'une employée le matin au petit déjeuner

Room and location good but skip the restaurant
Pros:

Rooms wete fine.

Cons:

We ate in the restaurant, 4 of us...not great. I had the stir fry with noodles which were so overcooked they were just mush. A friend ordered a steak medium but it was really well done, one had a starter of wings, not great. A young girl served us, never once checked on us or asked if we needed anything. I had to go to bar to ask for desert menus to give hint to clear the table as we had been finished for ages but no one took any dishes away as our young girl was been shown how to set up the breakfast bar....just across from us. The lady she was with was obviously training her but I dont hold out much hope as we encountered that lady when we were paying and lets just say her personality will not win her any prizes. There was only one other table having dinner so certainly not too busy. I do have to add that the ladies serving at breakfast were really good and very nice. Breakfast was buffet hot food, plus the cereal they had set out the night before...

Le parking surveillé mis à disposition par l'hôtel.
La prise en charge par le personnel pour tous les services.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié en self service.
Le bar et la salle de restaurant.

Cons:

Il manque un distributeur de savon près du lavabo et une brosse wc..

Pros:

The staff , the food everything really , have being staying for years , was great to be able to walk into a hotel last sunday after covering 122km from collooney to letterkenny on my feet the last 3 days for a charity run yeats county to tir chonaill , to be greeted by friendly staff , its a credit to the hotel , staff and management , would highely recomend anyone to stay there
