Très agréable
Pros:

Franchement, je n’ai rien à redire sur cet hôtel : le confort, les équipements, la propreté ainsi que le personnel… tout était parfait, un vrai coup de cœur !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne malheureusement les autres clients. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs, des portes qui claquent, des gens qui crient ou sautent… c’était assez difficile à supporter.

Je tiens tout de même à préciser que cela ne dépend en rien du personnel, qui a été irréprochable, et je ne leur en tiens absolument pas rigueur.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja
Pros:

Hotel bardzo blisko Disneylandu, obok dwa przystanki autobusowe - jednym dojedziemy do Parku Disney, drugim na pociąg do Paryża. W pierwszym dniu mieliśmy problem w pokoju w łazience z umywalką - personel szybko załatwił sprawę i wymieniono nam pokój na inny. Pokoje wygodnie urządzone, łóżka bardzo wygodne, w pokojach znajduje się mały aneks kuchenny z najpotrzebniejszymi naczyniami.

Cons:

Śniadania monotonne, właściwie codziennie to samo.

Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda, grande y correcta. Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

La piscina estava vacía y, en general, el patio interior no se podía disfrutar. Antes de ir, aseguraos de que por lo menos podáis disfrutar de estar en el patio tomando el sol.

De ruime kamer en het oogde schoon

Cons:

Dat er niet van te voren aan ons was uitgelegd dat:
- er geen housekeeping is zoals bij een regulier hotel
- wanneer je benodigdheden hebt, dat je zelf moet aangeven bij de receptie.
Voorbeeld is dat we nieuw toiletpapier en handdoeken nodig hadden. Ik heb gevraagd aan de receptie of zij het willen doorgeven aan de housekeeping of ze tijdens het opruimen van de kamer willen achterlaten. De receptioniste maakte aantekeningen en zei dat ze zou doorgeven. Bij terugkomst bleek dat deze receptioniste mijn verzoek niet heeft begrepen en dat het ook niet mogelijk is om door te geven aan housekeeping omdat het niet mogelijk is. Het personeel zal niet zomaar de kamer in gaan vanwege de veiligheid wat ik waardeer.
Er was een taalbarrière en dat terwijl de gasten die er komen internationaal zijn waardoor je verwacht dat al het personeel redelijk Engels zou moeten kunnen spreken en verstaan.

Uiteindelijk is het makkelijk opgelost door een andere Engels sprekende receptioniste en die had uitgelegd hoe de werkwijze was. Dat was prima geweest. Wel graag alvorens aan de gasten uitleggen wanneer ze inchecken.
