Overall, we had a good time. The room was very clean, bathroom, bedsheets! Nice view. Spacious.
The food was very nice, both breakfast and dinner.
The prices are outrageous - both the eeservation itself, and also the prices at the pool bar - "Chillout" (for drinks, snacks and ice-cream), very expensive.
Staff was super nice everywhere.
Biggest problem - the soundproofing in the room! We were at the 5th floor, yet we could hear the whole show at the lobby at 10 pm! Not to mention people in the hallway.. very poor soundproofing.
We love all Isrotel hotels (and from all the other hotels at the, Dead Sea this is the best one), but this is 3.5/5 comparing to their other hotels..

Every thing is great besides for the parking which is relatively far
Close to Dead Sea. Huge pool divided in 2 parts . A nice Spa pool with Dead Sea water. Nice rooms, the only thing I did not like it is the glass bathroom’s door and the lights. The door is beautiful, but if someone goes to the bathroom at night, the light comes into the room, and there is not much option for the lights. If you turn the bathroom’s light on, or you turn the bright light and it goes to the room or your turn the soft light, but the soft light turns on another light in the room. Does not make sense. Overall the hotel is pleasant

Great experience, clean hotel not too crowded even that it was fully booked very clean always good. Smell everywhere. Good food.
The rooms are lovely, a bit narrow. The food is excellent and abundant. This is a very large hotel. I would expect that this hotel would have pool attendants helping find chairs, moving them around and offering drinks and food.
Nice helping front desk
The Moev option we took includes access to a private lounge with unlimited food and drink during the day - it looks out over the Dead Sea and is beautiful.
There are other perks with the Moev package but this is the biggest and best of them.
This hotel is lovely.
Staff isn’t friendly and supportive
Booked 2 day break before Passover , have stayed many times before, the condition of the hotel was excellent , good entertainment in the evenings, our bedroom on the 7th floor was lovely with an amazing view , we had dinner one night in the Ranch house which was delicious, welll done !!!

Such a great hotel. Great facilities, beautiful pool, clean and comfortable rooms, kind and professional staff.
My wife and I visited this hotel for the first time in the Dead Sea, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Among the other nearby hotels, it was closest to what South Korean Hotels offer in terms of quality and service. The place is very clean, simplistic, and people are so helpful with any request being answered. Food was good as well. Thank you for allowing us this pleasant and relaxing stay . We wish to visit more.
