Pros:

Lo mejor de todo, el desayuno y la ubicación del hotel. La habitación correcta, la cama correcta también y las chicas de recepción muy atentas.

Cons:

El parking estaba en obras, uno de los dos ascensores también y no funcionaba la caja fuerte. Aunque lo solucionaron de inmediato, creo que antes de entregar una habitación deberían comprobar que todo está ok.

Satisfechos en general con el servicio y la atención del hotel y si volvemos, seguro que repetimos.

Cons:

hoy en día nos parece indispensable tener un plato de ducha en lugar de bañera, principalmente por ir personas mayores, que tienen dificultades para acceder para ducharse, a no ser que sabiendo ésto, el hotel mantenga las bañeras ya que ahorran consumo de agua al no poder ducharse algunos clientes.

Comfortable and suitably located
Pros:

The location was wonderful...along the stunning aqueduct. And an easy walk to the attractions.
Our room was spacious and clean.
The buffet breakfast was perfect.

Localização, pequeno-almoço, todas as instalações no geral.

Cons:

Um detalhe pouco valorizável: o exaustor de um restaurante de comida rápida no rés-do-chão lançava periodicamente odores muito intensos a comida, o que obrigava a ter as janelas fechadas nesses períodos.
