El aparcamiento tuve que bajar a la segunda planta con muy mala accesibilidad y además, estuvo el ascensor estropeado los dos días que estuve, teniendo que acceder por la calle.

Pros:

Está al lado del acueducto. Tiene una terracita privada con vistas a éste ideal para hacerse unas fotos sin gente.
Estaba todo muy limpio. La habitación era muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero, las almohadas un poco finas para nuestro gusto. Fuimos con un bebé de un año y nos pusieron una cama supletoria en vez de una cuna.

Everything was excellent!
Pros:

The location is unbeatable — our room had a beautiful view of the aqueduct, and the hotel is just a short walk from the attraction and the pedestrianized area with restaurants, which made exploring incredibly easy. Parking was convenient, the room was spacious and bright, and the bathroom was equally roomy and comfortable (nice king size bed, nice oversized bath sheet towels). The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was magnificent, with fresh scrambled eggs, fresh orange juice, fruit, assorted charcuterie, pastries, and many other goodies. Good service.

Cons:

The only thing that could have improved the experience was having a kettle and coffee available in the room.
