Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. MYR10 Tourism Fee is applied to Foreign Tourists, payable to hotel upon check in. This Tourism Fee is exempted for stays between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2022.
An amount of deposit will be collected upon check-in and unutilized amount is refundable upon departure.
Apart from that, should there be damaged to the room while the stay or detected upon departure, depending on the type and extent of damage, the hotel is entitle to collect a separate amount accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Location, close to Exhibition center and city center

Cons:

The room looks old and there was a big stain on the floor of room 1209. The breakfast was very small in choices, nothing as close as other Novotel hotels I stayed in Ho Chi Minh or Shanghai. Also no water bottles in the room, just water filtering that I didnt like

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes und geräumiges Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sauber und nettes Personal. Frühstück war ebenfalls tiptop. Die Lage ist auch gut, man ist in der Nähe der Petronas Towers zu Fuss.

Wir waren zufrieden.

الموقع قريب من مول بافيليون والبرجين يربط بينهما جسر للتنقل
الفندق نظيف والخدمات جيدة

Cons:

لم يعجبني مساحة الغرفة فقط 28 م. كذلك الأسرة ضيقة صغيرة ومرتفعة لاتصلح بالنسبة لأشخاص كبار لاتناسبهم أبدا
