From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. MYR10 Tourism Fee is applied to Foreign Tourists, payable to hotel upon check in. This Tourism Fee is exempted for stays between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2022.
An amount of deposit will be collected upon check-in and unutilized amount is refundable upon departure.
Apart from that, should there be damaged to the room while the stay or detected upon departure, depending on the type and extent of damage, the hotel is entitle to collect a separate amount accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. 1. Location. Hotel is just right beside the covered pedestrian walk to pavilion in 1 minute. Good for quick refresh if tiring from shopping or put things back to hotel.
2. Price is decent for the prime location.
3. Maintained ok for the room despite the ages.
4. 24hrs convenient store at the basement of lobby make it very convenient for anytime refresh. Connected to hotel & easily accessed to.
5. Luggage storage is provided after checkout.
1. Toilets seems got water leaking or minor smell sometimes but not a big issue.
2. Breakfast sections are above lobby make it quite awkward, and staff attention on details can be further improve i.e. arrange seatings.
The hotel is in walking distance to the PetronasTwin Towers, with your walk leading through a lovely, nearby park.
Everything was as it should be. I couldn't find any faults, including the delightful breakfast buffet.

it was our 3rd time staying in same hotel. i loved this hotel since it is very close to mall, shops and main street. there are lots of options available to eat. The street is not crowded. the room is very clean and size is decent and has all the facilities.
i requested for early check in instead of early checked in, our rooms were handed over 1 hour later than regular check in time. it was never happened to us. i guess hotel was pretty busy.
