Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. MYR10 Tourism Fee is applied to Foreign Tourists, payable to hotel upon check in. This Tourism Fee is exempted for stays between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2022.
An amount of deposit will be collected upon check-in and unutilized amount is refundable upon departure.
Apart from that, should there be damaged to the room while the stay or detected upon departure, depending on the type and extent of damage, the hotel is entitle to collect a separate amount accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. If you are going for a short stay, its a clean spot with a perfect location next to pavilion
Pros:

Location is perfect, staff are nice

I totally enjoyed my stay in Novotel and Kuala Lumpar
Pros:

The location was beautiful, and the breakfast had a good spread.
The rooms were clean and the workers were very polite

Cons:

I just wish the breakfast was varied rather than having the same spread every day

Pros:

Very friendly staff. They let us check in very early (9:40am)
Overall, you can't go wrong with Novotel in KLCC , as its' a couple of minute walk to a pretty big mall (Pavilion)

Cons:

The breakfast could be better in terms of options

Overall good. Need to look into the breakfast (food).
Pros:

Love the location. The room are good and comfy. The breakfast not good as before.

Cons:

Your breakfast should be upgrade especially on the selection and taste.

Good value for money
Pros:

Hotel rooms were clean and newly builts/well maintained.

Cons:

Can be a bit child friendly..was constantly asked to keep the kids away and not damage anything or else i would have to pay.

Over all, the stay at Novotel was excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Varieties of fruits and other things were there.

Cons:

Lighting in room and bathroom not enough for me. Recommend to have more lights if need arises.
Towards evening, enough hot water was not available in the toilet. Observed this issue 3 days.
