Pros:

Kompetentes, sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer geschmackvoll, sauber und praktikabel. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr sauber- eine Wohlfühloase!!! Das Frühstück war vielfältig, qualitativ hochwertig und frisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz;-)

Netter 24h Service, gutes Restaurant (Preis leicht gehoben, aber gutes Essen), nette Bar im Keller, sehr guter SPA-Bereich, saubere moderne Zimmer, gute Lage (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, ca. 15 Minuten Fahrt bis zur Innenstadt, in der Gästekarte ist der Nahverkehr inklusive)

Cons:

Parkplatz unverschämt teuer (Links neben dem Hotel an der Bushaltestelle, gibt es einen 24h gratis Parkplatz)

Nettes, originelles Hotel. Sehr schön und Detaillieb eingerichtet. Hier wurde sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Und ein traumhaftes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Hat nichts mit dem Hotel selbst zutun. Aber wirklich abschreckend ist die Kurtaxe!!! Für effektiv 1.5 Tage 11€ pro Person finde ich Ausbeutung. Zumal man diese Kurtaxe nicht nachvollziehen kann. Steuern über Steuern für was jetzt genau??? Man zahlt volle Tage obwohl man erst Abends anreist und früh wieder abreisen muss. Das ist Abzocke und Willkür. Mich persönlich wird das für meine nächste Buchung negativ beeinflussen.

Stylisches Hotelambiente
Pros:

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Haus. Auch dieses Mal sehr netter Service und schönes Zimmer. Da wir bereits vor der checkin Zeit ankamen, haben wir entspannt Schwimmbad und Sauna genutzt. Alles wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder, da in Rostock unsere Verwandten leben.

Pros:

Reichhaltiges interkontinentales Frühstück. Hier sollte jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack finden.
Der Saunabereich ist etwas überschaubar, aber war nie wirklich überlaufen. Anders als die Liegen.
Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV neben dem Hotel,
Sehr gutes Restaurant zum Abendessen.

Cons:

Die Liegeplätze im Spa-Bereich sind knapp.
Wechselfußbad im Saunabereich nicht im Betrieb,
