La localización, se ve el mar pero a lo lejos. Es algo engañosa la reseña de habitación superior con vistas al mar.

This is definitely not a four-star hotel. At best, it is a three-star property that, even at the height of the season, should cost no more than €150 per night — certainly not over €300.

The breakfast is extremely poor: the same limited selection every day, essentially just eggs and bread. The hotel itself and the rooms are old, worn and badly in need of renovation. There was even rust in the bathroom in what was supposedly one of the hotel’s best room categories.

The air conditioning did not work, despite temperatures reaching 33°C for several days. Air conditioning is listed among the hotel’s facilities, but instead of an actual functioning system, all I could see was some sort of brick cavity with pipes where the central air-conditioning unit was apparently supposed to be.

The minibar was leaking water. The room keys stopped working several times every single day — sometimes three to five times a day. You come back to your room tired, only to discover yet again that the key does not work and you have to return to reception to have it reactivated.

The coffee at breakfast is very poor. Service: 3/10. Hotel: 3/10. Value for money: absolutely outrageous.

The sun loungers by the pool are just as old and worn as everything else. I understand that this is simply an old hotel in a small village, and there is nothing inherently wrong with that. What I do not understand is why it is advertised as a four-star hotel and why it charges such absurd prices. For the same amount of money, you can stay in a good hotel in central Madrid, not to mention genuine five-star properties on the coast.

La habitación era muy muy básica, a precio de 5 estrellas. La primera noche no dormimos debido a que en la habitación de al lado empezó a sonar una alarma a las 3 de la mañana( tuve que ir a la recepción a quejarme y hay constancia). La segunda noche una pareja en la misma habitación hablando y parecía que estaban dentro de la nuestra hasta las 3 de la mañana. La insonorización es penosa.
Al segundo volvimos a la recepción a quejarnos y nos dicen que el hotel está lleno y que lo sienten .
La habitación con vistas a la parada de taxi, súper ruidosa y calurosa y pegada a recepción. Sucesión de portazos sin parar desde las 6 de la mañana.
Aunque habíamos hecho constar nuestro malestar el día que nos fuimos, la señora de la recepción no nos preguntó quejarnos tal ni absolutamente nada, buenos si: en efectivo o con tarjeta. Lamentable. Muy muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo ni aunque me lo regalen.
