Pros:

Kein Luxushotel, aber genau das macht es angenehm. Alles wirkt ehrlich und gepflegt. Ich habe mich gut erholt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Gerade für Stuttgart eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft.

Ich habe hier während einer Messe übernachtet und war froh über die ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war funktional, aber gemütlich. Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück ein guter Start in den Tag. Insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Pros:

Nach einem langen Arbeitstag angekommen und direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und genau richtig, um abzuschalten. Besonders angenehm fand ich den freundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption – kurz, herzlich und unkompliziert. Für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt absolut passend.

Pros:

Ich war privat in Stuttgart und habe mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Hotel wirkt persönlich, nicht anonym. Kleine Dinge wie die Sauberkeit und die Ruhe im Haus machen am Ende den Unterschied. Für mich hat das gut gepasst.

Alles wirkte gepflegt und ruhig, nichts Hektisches. Das Bett war bequem, ich habe erstaunlich gut geschlafen. Frühstück hatte ich auch dabei und das war völlig ausreichend, frisch und entspannt.

Man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wird, ohne übertrieben zu wirken. Alles war ordentlich, ruhig und freundlich. Für einen Kurztrip oder Geschäftsaufenthalt wirklich eine gute Wahl. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Pros:

Hôtel calme, très propre et bien entrenu.
La chambre était spacieuse avec un petit coin salon et balcon.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité.
Le personnel est très sympatique et serviable.

Cons:

Le parking de l’hôtel est beaucoup trop petit (environ 10 à 12 places) par rapport à la taille de l’établissement.

À notre retour à l’hôtel le samedi vers 19h, le parking était complet, tout comme les autres emplacements extérieurs délimités. Nous avons donc été contraints de garer notre véhicule le long de la Buchauer Strasse, juste à hauteur de l’hôtel Rössle. Ce stationnement n’est en soi pas inhabituel, de nombreux riverains s’y garent également.

Le dimanche en fin de matinée, lorsque nous sommes retournés à notre voiture — visible depuis le balcon de l’hôtel — nous avons constaté que le pneu avant droit avait été crevé volontairement, avec un couteau sur le flanc. Un panier rouge REWE avait en outre été glissé sous la voiture à l’arrière.

Les circonstances laissent fortement penser à une arnaque organisée :
- le pneu crevé était celui le plus simple à remplacer (avant, côté non collé à la bordure),
- aucun autre dégât n’a été causé au véhicule ni aux voitures stationnées autour,
- le panier placé sous la voiture servait manifestement à faire du bruit si le véhicule était déplacé sans remarquer le pneu crevé, afin d’éviter d’endommager la jante.

Étant dimanche, le marchand de pneus local était fermé. Nous avons dû faire appel à une société indiquée par l’ACL. Un prix forfaitaire de 400 €, payable uniquement en liquide et sans facture, nous a été annoncé en quelques secondes. Bien que conscients de l’arnaque, nous n’avions pas d’autre choix pour pouvoir rentrer au Luxembourg.

Ce n’est que plus tard que nous avons également constaté que le réparateur avait volé le capteur de pression du pneu (TPMS) et l’avait remplacé par un élément en plastique.

⚠️ Avertissement important :
Si vous possédez un véhicule récent et haut de gamme (Audi, Porsche, BMW, etc.), sans roue de secours, ne le garez surtout pas dans la rue. Vous risquez très fortement d’être la prochaine victime.

Der Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv. Freundlicher Service, ein ordentliches Studio und alles funktionierte so, wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass man nicht das Gefühl hatte, nur „durchgeschleust“ zu werden.
