The breakfast was very basic. Not much choice and low-end products. The rooms are old and need renovation. The bathroom was very small. The hot and cold water on the sink were reversed from normal--they were aware and had not done anything about it. We had a large room plus a small bedroom. The TV was difficult to see (too small) for the large room, and there could have been a couple chairs other than at the desk.

Unhappy with the staff attitude. We've notified staff for broken room entry door (The door hinge was broken) and they changed room for us. We've asked change the room to another side. The staff showed very unwilling manner and said "can't change room anymore" The reason for change room is the hotel's problem and we have right to choose which room we like. Also, the dog waste bag box was empty while we stay for 2 nights and this is pet friendly hotel.

The hotel ruined our stay. They use false advertisement. We were traveling with two teenagers and therefore, we booked a suite. It was fairly expensive for Bishop, but our privacy was going to be worth it. Well, to our surprise, the so called suite, was not a suite, but one big room with a bed and a couch!! After requesting a different room/suite at the front desk, I was told that the room I have is the biggest room they have. I showed the pictures in my booking, of the suite I was supposed to get. When the employee saw, that I booked through Booking.com, she got really nasty and told me, well , you booked through a third party and they provide the pictures, those are not our room pictures, which was a lie, they have the same pictures on their website. I was given 30 minutes to leave the hotel and get my money back, or suck it up and stay. It was 8pm and there were no other suites available in town, so we stayed and had a very uncomfortable weekend. It was a very expensive, shitty room.
The room was dated, the bathroom was slightly disgusting and the walls are paper thin. When the air conditioning was running, it sounded like a semi truck was going through the room, or you were sleeping on an active runaway!!
The people at the front desk are rude and have no interest in helping you.

Sofa bed is so uncomfortable and shower water was so weak

I thought I booked a room for a handicapped person, turns out is was not. bathroom way to small, no walk in shower, no hand rails.

Breakfast was a buffet and very mediocre. However coffee was not included in price of $25:00 ph and cost additional $4.95+ tax. This is ridiculous. The WiFi was very poor and very slow. Upon check in , we were given a bus timetable , but they didn’t tell us , it was not running during our days of stay. Rooms were close to building works which were noisy and started very early in the morning till 7pm. The evening manager was argumentative and rude. The room was in poor condition with very old and noisy air conditioner , handles in bathroom door , loose and not screwed in . This hotel was not a positive stay from check in to departure. Upon check out , the staff did not even bother to ask how our stay was. They really don’t care. I would not recommend this place to any traveller.

The value of what we got was questionable. Hard boiled eggs was the only protein for breakfast,the rest was fluff
