Локация- близко к моллу Galleria, и если вы без машины, рядом автобусная остановка рейса 82

Ужасная столовка - Темное помещение где работает половина лампочек с невкусной пищей, к-рую невозможно есть , так называемые завтраки. Готовили в номере, благо есть плита. Останавливались на 8 дней, просил поменять номер с видом на Tower, было отказано в «холодной форме» Tunisha CEO, притом что отель был полупустой. Полная неразбериха с депозитом,к счету они прибавляют 25 долларов за каждый день проживания и лочат у вас на карте.

I will definitely stay at this hotel:))
Pros:

Location is perfect, breakfast was not bad but the choice is somewhat limited, room is clean, small kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishes, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and washing machine)

Pros:

Shortly after arrival I discovered a large roach in my room. I was moved to a different room but couldn’t rest that night out of concern that this might not be an isolated incident and that I may inadvertently bring roaches home. Also, the towels for my colleague the morning of her first night ALL were soiled. One with a wad of hair. As a loyal customer of the Hilton brand because I’ve experienced and expect excellence, these events are totally unacceptable.

At first it was pretty bad but with the help of the night front desk got to be a little better.
Cons:

For a Hilton quality was pretty bad. Tha sofa bed had huge stains on the cushions and the mattress was all stain and in bad condition.

Amazing room for a family to stay nice and cozy. They text to check on us to make sure everything was going good.

Cons:

Stayed in room 1004 and you could hear the doors opening and closing all night
