I was close to everything my second time visiting
The pool was out ,the treadmills were broken , light in the elevator was out , Homeless people hanging in front of property
Very clean, but the room was cleaning just 1 time in 5 days… the staff very friendly
The elevator didn’t has light, only 1 working, the machines in they fitness room were not working.. They offered me to go to the gym close but we couldn’t enter… The view from my room was all rooftops and their air conditioning ducts… for five days I would have preferred another room
I liked the location, the cleanliness, the staff was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the room smelled great.
I didn't like that I had to leave.
Very good stay. The rooms are very confortable, with excellent grade amenities like shampoo, cream, conditioner, etc. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, excellent mattress. Everything exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again.
Elevators are dark. There are presence sensors that not always work well for turning on the lights. Breakfast was regular and could be better. No bacon offered.
WORST HOTEL STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been staying at this hotel for work, and if I had a choice, I would have checked out days ago.
First: There have been no luggage carts available for three days. I asked the front desk again this morning and was told, "They keep them in their hotel room." This is a 14-floor hotel, not a small property. It makes me wonder how many luggage carts they actually have—if any.
Second: There is only one elevator working, and it's only partially functional. The lights randomly go out while you're riding, leaving you standing in complete darkness with strangers. Not exactly a safe situation. To make matters worse, I was stuck in a completely full elevator for about five minutes. When I reported it to the manager, I was told, "It's because they keep holding it." That response completely dismissed what is clearly a maintenance and safety issue.
Third: I went down for breakfast one morning and there were no clean plates available. There wasn't a single staff member in the dining area to ask for help. After waiting several minutes, I gave up and went out to buy breakfast.
Fourth: Much of the gym equipment is out of service, making the fitness center practically unusable.
Fifth: The shower water constantly changes temperature without warning. One minute it's freezing cold, the next it's scalding hot. It's especially frustrating when you're in the middle of washing your hair and the temperature suddenly changes.
To top it off, I woke up this morning to a notice that the water will be shut off for most of the day tomorrow. I feel sorry for the guests who will be at the hotel during the day and won't have access to running water. With FIFA bringing so many visitors to the area, this is the kind of experience guests should not have to deal with.
This is an old hotel, and it definitely shows. There's also a noticeable odor throughout the property that smells like mildew and animals.
Unfortunately, my employer booked this hotel, so I can't move elsewhere. If I had the option, I would switch hotels in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend staying here.
The room was good. Roomy. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable.
KALIYAH at the front desk was AMAZING!
Only one elevator was working and the lights in the working one weren't working.
The water was out (not working at all) and was later fixed, and was VERY INCONVENIENT while it was out.
The phone next to the bed DOESN'T REACH THE FRONT DESK so I had to go down at 0400 to see what the problem was with the water.
Nothing
This has been my worst hotel experience. There were 2 available elevators, one was out of service and the other one's light didn't work, they installed battery operated lighting with movement sensor, which would turn off on your way up/down and was not very bright. Of course the waiting times to use the elevator were long too. We were 3 families traveling together, so 3 rooms. In one of them the toilet overflooded all the way to the room carpet, staff didn't want to change the room initially but finally they did move us to another room. Later that day, we saw 1 cockroach but after a while there were many more, so we had to change rooms again. We were not compensated in any way. Another one of us had a hard time checking in because they couldn't find their reservation, and the hotel was almost fully booked.
Location and spacious room but lack of many items in the kitchen
Elevators out of order. No light in one of them and my mother is a cancer patience.
