Für den Zweck und eine Nacht, noch akzeptabel.
Pros:

Die sehr gute Lage zu Chitzen Itza.

Das Frühstück war wirklich ok.

Cons:

Die extrem dunklen Zimmer. Schlechte Betten, kein WLAN das gab es nur an der Rezeption. Morgens um 6Uhr fingen die Arbeiter an die Terrasse zu reparieren.

Great staff, charming oasis close to Chichen Itza, with 10 minute taxi access to Tren Maya.
Pros:

Staff were excellent; A 15 minute walk to Chichen Itza; Generous, delicious breakfast; Spacious clean, cool room. Right next door to OXXO convenience store.

Cons:

The in-house restaurant was not available for dinner and the eating options in Piste town were very limited.

il ne faut pas se fier à mon avis car nous n'avons pas séjourné dans cet établissement.
comme les précédents avis, l'hôtel ne pouvait pas nous accueillir car le restaurant n'était pas ouvert
nous avons donc été redirigé vers l'hôtel Mayaland
qui était beaucoup mieux placé car l'hôtel le Chichen Itza se trouve sur la route principale

Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Preis-Leistung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Man merkt, dass man an einem Touri Ort ist. Das war die schlechteste und zugleich auch beinahe die teuerste Unterkunft bei unserer Mexikoreise. Würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen

La ubicacion y la amabilidad del personal. Nos acercaron en vehiculo furgooneta a Chichen Itza.

Cons:

El precio. El precio/calidad no se ajusta a la habitacion.
No habia wifi en la habitacion, solo en el pasillo.

A great location for visiting Chichen Itza - but also and free shuttle service laid on by the hotel. Breakfast was great

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

Cons:

They only had Breakfast - no other food or drinks available which was a bit frustrating and not coffee machine in the room.

惊喜连连，超出预期的一次非常完美的入住体验。
Pros:

原来预订的酒店由于不可抗拒的原因，暂时无法入住，但是等我们到达酒店的时候，工作人员还是非常热情的接待了我们，给予我们耐心的解释，并且已经提前安排了另一家酒店（Mayaland Hotel&Bungalows）,让我们及时入住。接下来的这个酒店让我们惊喜连连，完全超出预期。不但酒店环境好，绿树成荫，还有孔雀一家子悠闲漫步。位置绝佳，大堂门口面对的就是玛雅遗址天文台，在酒店里面漫步，还可以看见在玛雅遗址景区里面看不到的遗址，那就是玛雅人蒸桑拿的三角形建筑。酒店的配套设施齐全，无愧于国宾酒店之称，餐厅门口走廊里挂满了国家元首和各界名人的照片，都是大家熟悉的人。早餐可选择品种丰富，味道不错，服务人员工作热情，态度友好。午餐和晚餐还提供有当地特色的套餐。

Transférés dans un autre hotel
Pros:

Nous n'avons pas été hébergé à l'hôtel Chichen Itza car il y avait une panne électrique apparemment. Donc à notre arrivé le patron nous a transféré dans un autre de ses hôtels : MayaLand.
La chambre était similaire mais le l'hotel semble t-il beaucoup plus grand. Donc difficile d'avoir un avis sur l'hôtel réservé en premier lieu.

Pros:

Nous avions réservé une nuit pour être au plus pres du site archéologique â visiter le lendemain matin. A la réception on nous indiqué un problème en cuisine et on nous a proposé d'être surclassé dans un hôtel de luxe. Nous avons donc séjourné au Mayaland. Magnifique !

Non posso dare una valutazione in quanto la camera riservata non era disponibile e non ho soggiornato in questo hotel.

Cons:

Abbiamo riservato l'Hotel Chichen Itza per la sua posizione nel villaggio di Pisté. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era disponibile e siamo stati trasferiti in un'altra struttura appartenente allo stesso gruppo alberghiero, il Mayaland, hotel lussuoso ma purtroppo lontano da Pisté e dal sito archeologico.

Pros:

We booked this hotel, but due to electrical issues they moved us to their sister hotel that is located in the Chichen Itza property. The hotel was wonderful and the staff we fantastic. The restaurant was excellent, I highly recommend the Cochinita Pibil, it was excellent.
