Excelente ubicación, un trato muy bueno por parte del personal, instalaciones limpias y el desayuno muy rico.

Cons:

Que las ventanas del baño dan a la sala de espera y tuvimos problemas con la presión que tenía el agua en la taza del baño.

bon hôtel et situation géographique parfaite
Pros:

l'hôtel est très bien placé : à 5 min en voiture du par archéologique. Le jardin avec la piscine est agréable et donne envie de s'y poser. Une mention spéciale au dîner qui était excellent (bien qu'un peu cher par rapport au coût de la vie ici)

Cons:

Le matelas du lit trop dur (comme tous les hôtels mexicains) et les rideaux n'étaient pas assez larges pour bien couvrir la surface de fenêtre (mais heureusement l'hôtel a éteint les lumières du couloir)

Basically everything about the hotel...its needs renovations, better food , and facilities... there isnt even wifi in the rooms
There wasn't any towels in my room I had to go ask for them
And there is a lot of road noise as it literaly on the main road.. the deck to eat breakfast at is right by the road ...no fence or anything just sitting there eating breakfast in full view of the busy road

Buena experiencia muy cerca de Chichén Itzá
Pros:

¡Excelente experiencia!
La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, a solo unos pasos de las pirámides de Chichén Itzá, ¡se puede llegar caminando!.
Si vas en auto, también es perfecto para visitar cenotes cercanos o ir a Valladolid.
Hay varios restaurantes alrededor; aunque a veces parezcan vacíos, sí atienden. Además, el hotel ofrece desayuno, comida y cena (al menos en temporada alta), así que siempre conviene preguntar.
El servicio fue espectacular, todo el personal muy amable, y la limpieza impecable. Como plus, hay un Oxxo a pocos pasos, lo cual es súper práctico.
¡Sin duda lo recomiendo!

Cons:

Las almohadas eran demasiado duras para mi gusto. Además, las cortinas de la habitación estaban rotas, al igual que el mosquitero, lo que me impidió abrir la ventana y disfrutar de aire fresco por la mañana.
