Great place, very clean and large rooms, the people at the restaurant were very welcoming. The food at the breakfast buffet menu was excellent.
Highly recommend this hotel. The building is not modern but it is very good. Did not give it 5 stars because the breakfast buffet is not worth the money. I stayed here when it was known as The Mercure Hotel, not much has changed since. I will gladly stay here again. There are better places to grab a bite to eat for the same price and at a walking distance. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is professional and friendly.
What can I not say everything was clean? Customer service was excellent food for the breakfast buffet was amazing. Every detail as expectation was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place and we’ll go this place every time I go to Guatemala thank you staff
Balcony has nice views
The room was very nice and clean but, the bed and pillows were horrible. The staff was very nice and friendly, the buffet really good.

There were shops nearby for shopping and places to dine. The room had a nice view and a balcony, but it was too small to sit on.

Room was 1205 and was lovely, spacious with a balcony and suit. A little dated but clean. Price was reasonable. Staff courteous and helpful.
Do not order transportation through the hotel…. Extremely expensive.
Airport shuttle was about 5-6 times more expensive than an Uber but our Uber AP wasn’t working.
