La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Un très grand merci à Ingrid et Lila, extrêmement gentille et très professionnelle.

Overall price is high for what is offered !
Pros:

All staff members were very kind and helpful. Location is perfect for the transport by metro! Many stations around! Many coffee shops and restaurants around!

Cons:

Soundproof is very poor! You can hear neighbors opening doors and talking in the corridor and in their room! Very small room and bathroom. Not even a small table and chairs outside lobby for people who want to smoke. The breakfast is served in the lobby entrance. Wardrobe not enough for 2 ppl !

Pros:

The property was in a good location very close to the Metro station and a short walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was amazing and offered wonderful recommendations.
