Pros:

We really liked the location. The staff and quality of the room

Cons:

The breakfast was a little rough. The meat selection was the worse bacon was ok bologna wasnt good but thats my opinion it will not change that i will stay there from now own when i go to pigeon forge

Great spot to venture out from to Pidgeon Forge fun stuff. Choose breakfast spots around the hotel
Pros:

Rooms were decently sized. Balconies are nice as well as the pool area

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Waffle machine was down all three days. You only got eggs, bacon, potatoes and gravy, cereals or pastries. Very poor selction

Great place to stay on a budget!
Pros:

Booked a last minute suite on the way home from camping in the Great Smoky Mountains. The fireplace in the suite with a balcony to watch a storm roll in was perfect! Nice big showers! Very clean and had a nice pub downstairs.

Good location and price.
Pros:

Very clean, nice staff, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The indoor spa and indoor pool were down and not working. They said the pool was “operating” but in January it was way too cold to enjoy.

Nasty hotel rooms. No cleaning.
Cons:

It was really dirty and the bedsheet had poop marks on it. Like someone wiped there ass with the sheets
Then we called the hotel the hotel they sent a guy to change it he couldn’t understand and tooo forever to clan the whole room which he end up just cleaning the bathroom because it was dirty too and then only changed one sheet and gave us blanket on to put it ourself. Then he came back after 10-15 min and put the bed sheet. No pillow cover change no other cleaning. It was just so uncomfortable for us to sleep on to those beds.
