Was a good stay, but will be booking elsewhere in the future.
Pros:

Right on the main strip of Pigeon Forge. So many attractions and stores within walking distance.

Cons:

$15/day for parking that is not mentioned until you check in. For the price paid for the rooms, I don't think patrons should have to pay for parking regardless of being a tourism area.

Pros:

The location was good. Hotel was clean

Cons:

I was told there would be a $15 charge for parking. Upon leaving told clerk that there web site stated that parking was free. The clerk was hateful about the request to reverse the charge. Will not be visiting the hotel again

Great location
Pros:

We LOVED the location of this hotel and we loved the size of the suite.

Cons:

The check in lady, Shantel, was rude. They don’t tell you online that no matter how many people are on your reservation-when you do “breakfast included” it only means for 2 adults, even though we had 5 people in our party.
The carpets were also not clean in our room. Our feet were black just walking on them.

Not my best experience I will be staying somewhere else next visit
Pros:

I liked the location. It was convenient to so many things in walking distance

Cons:

I didnt like that when i was checking in i was told oh you know we have a parking charge. No i did not. It wasn’t on any advertisement i saw. I didnt like that this holiday inn didnt have a continental breakfast. They offered a breakfast in their restaurant for $14.99
It just seemed like they didnt appreciate my business The sofa bed in our room was horrible you sat on the sofa and went down to the floor it felt like. Bed was just springs

Room was clean and comfortable in the middle of town.
Pros:

Property was in walking distance from several attractions. There was a walking path along the river that was adjacent to the property.

Cons:

We were not aware that we would be charged daily for parking in addition to our room charges. That has not been the case at any Holiday Inn that we have previously stayed at.

Cons:

Charge for breakfast and parking and cleanliness. Found a roach in room along with mold in bathroom and refrigerator wasn’t clean. The pull out couch still had sheets from previous use!

Pros:

Clean and very nice rooms. Liked the extra T.V. for the kids.

Cons:

Not having free breakfast buffet. Didn't like paying for parking, never heard of it. Stepping out of shower very slippery need a rubber mat or something connected to the floor.
