Location pool fitness room6l
4 teenage boys 2 elderly adults all in 1 small room . 2 double beds a couch on 5th. floor. Could not have dinner there its more bar than a restaurant. Food was very bad. Bar is not fitting for kid's.
It was so clean and everyone was very friendly! The local brewery downstairs was also great.
That it had an indoor pool and no outdoor pool.
Mostly everything was good, the location excellent
The breakfast was not included in the price.
Didn’t eat breakfast
The washing machine didn’t work like it should
It was clean and the staff was nice.
Convenient great location kept extremely clean, easy access, and easy to exit.
Not too much parking from what others was saying I never had any issues though.
Everything.
Nothing
The hotel is beautiful and it’s in a great location on the strip. There’s a bridge behind it that takes you over to the island parking lot so you don’t have to drive over to the island and there is a tram station right there. We can just sit and wait for the tram not a bunch of walking to the island which was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. We had a two queen bedroom that had another sitting area with a separate TV that also had a sofa fold out bed for a very good rate. It also had ample parking.
The pool was nice and the hot tub was nice. They’re just small and there’s always a lot of people in there especially kids which made being in the hot tub not comfortable.
I love the location. Everything was clean! Staff was very nice!
No dislikes at this time
Casual pint
Paying for parking, stayed at another hotel same price no paying for parking on the way back through pigeon forge a week later to avoid it
It was clean and overall pretty decent. A safe environment and cool
I didn’t like the transparency. The booking never stated the extra fee I paid for the complimentary breakfast only covered 2 adults and my children under 12. I traveled with 2 teenagers which was included in my booking and they charged for those kids. If I knew this in advance I would have booked the regular stay and went to a local restaurant to eat better tasting breakfast. The other lack of transparency was the daily parking fee of $15 per night of your stay. You don’t have an option to opt out they charge you this cost after your stay. The parking lot is an open lot which is none secure so don’t think it’s worth the cost. If there is an issue with public parking on their property why give you a tag for your car? It’s a bit of an issue with Nickel and dimming, Please give complimentary parking for your guest. The whole thing they sell you on is the fire place we’ll never got turned on within my 4 day stay. Also the heated pool isn’t heated it was cold the entire time. We had to keep requesting for maintenance to increase the temperature. There was a short staff which I did try to give as much grace as possible. I just would say my major dislike is the hidden cost.
Mostly the location otherwise highly disappointed, I expected way more for the price and being a holiday inn
Front desk tried to charge us $90 to park on the property
Our room smelled horrible!! We ended up cutting our trip short. It smelled like someone had smoked in there, very musky and damp. It was gross. I felt like we were breathing in mold and smoke.
