Location was great, the beds were not so comfy and breakfast was very basic compared to other places, price was great staff was very friendly.
Breakfast and beds could have been better but was okay for short stay.
Location was great.
We paid for breakfast but was told upon arrival it was only for 2 and not the total number of registered occupants. First night we arrived pull out couch was broken. Apparently according to the front desk they were well aware and still placed us in the room. At 11pm we found we were short a bed. They provided a bed on the 6th floor but it meant one of our teenagers and they would have to sleep 3 floors away from us. They called early the next day and alerted us if we wanted to move rooms we had 30 mins to move, while we were currently getting dressed.
We really liked the location. The staff and quality of the room
The breakfast was a little rough. The meat selection was the worse bacon was ok bologna wasnt good but thats my opinion it will not change that i will stay there from now own when i go to pigeon forge
