The staff was awesome. Friendly and fun to talk too.
The bed was uncomfortable and way to low to the ground. It was hard to get out of and hurt my knees. There was no Fridge in the room when I go there, they did finally bring one, but it should have been there when I checked in.
Central Downtown
Breakfast Not inclusive
It was close to the arena. Friendly and helpful staff
construction had this property missed up as the lobby and breakfast the contrucion area were closed
When we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn, Tupelo, MS today and it was an absolute mess! There is a fence around the front entrance and furniture stacked to the right of the entrance! We entered through a side door to find 2 ladies sitting at a table with a line of people TRYING to check in! They were actually turning most of us away because the rooms were not ready and the hotel DID NOT have running water! A rude clerk told us to check back in an hour to see if our room was ready! Thank goodness Hotels.com promptly relocated us to a different hotel.
Under construction
Staff was excellent!
Everything was Great 👍
Property was under renovation but staff handled it very well considering 🤔
The beds were great and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and ready when I arrived. TV had plenty of channels to watch at night. Rooms were overall quiet. Could not hear other guests or the construction that was going on.
No swimming pool. They had a lot of construction going on but the staff was apologetic for the noise and mess. The elevator was extremely slow.
I booked the HIlton Garden Inn for a work trip for a one month stay . Upon arriving I found out the hotel was under renovation and some of the amenities were not available. I was planning on a mediocre stay. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotels best feature without question are the staff. Hands down the most sincere, friendly people I have ever met at a hotel. . Billy,Iris,Felicia,Vicki,April, Bridget, Curessia, Robin, Peggy, Ken, Jessica, Caris. Went out of their way to make me feel like not like a guest , but a member of the family. I’m sure I have missed someone’s name and I apologize. From finding me a great workout facility to use during the month , suggestions for dinner, getting me extra coffee , everyone was amazing. ,
The location is hands down the best in Tupelo. , But when I come back to Tupelo for any reason it’s not the location or price why im staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. It’s the people.
Thanks everyone for a wonderful month
The location
It was under construction there was nowhere to hang out except outside, no bathrooms, except for in your room and tired of all the construction
Staff are friendly
Construction
The location was excellent.
The hotel was undergoing renovations so the restaurant was not operational. Breakfast which I had prepaid for was a few prepacked options rather than a cooked breakfast, and they were tasteless. The front office did not want to accept my card as it didnt have my name printed on it, although I had used the same card for my whole trip and no otger hotel gad this issue.
The floor and room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The construction was a big turnoff and they started on it early Sunday morning with drilling. The room also smelled like a marijuana convention took place. The ice machine was only on floor 1.
