Cons:

Nicht die Zimmer bekommen wie gebucht, sehr unflexibel Lösungen zu finden, Personal an der Rezeption zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr angefressen. Es war denen schlichtweg egal. Schade.

Very friendly and helpful staff (especially reception and concierge), great location, very nicely furnished rooms. Good food and beverages. Nice spa area.

Cons:

Both the breakfast room and the spa area could have been a bit more spacious, as they were very crowded at times.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Staff were so helpful, particularly Sean who suggested excellent places to visit. Breakfast was excellent too! The pool was beautiful and so nice to return to after a busy day.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren gut. Das Frühstück war toll. Den Wellness Bereich konnten wir leider nicht genießen da die Zeit fehlte. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel wählen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Budapest!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend & stets hilfsbereit. Große und sehr saubere Zimmer mir toller Ausstattung. Sehr guter Spa-Bereich mit großem Pool & Sauna, allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit hervorragender Auswahl, zudem bietet das Hotel einen sehr schönen Innenhof.

Cons:

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr gut, alles ist schnell & problemlos erreichbar, nachts fühlt man sich jedoch vor allem zu Fuß teilweise etwas unsicher, da gerade am Wochenende teilweise zwielichtige Menschen auf den Straßen rund um das Hotel herumtreiben - liegt jedoch nicht am Hotel, sondern am Viertel. Leider hat die Klimaanlage 2 von 4 Nächten nicht funktioniert, bei über 30 Grad war das sehr unangenehm, das Hotel hat uns hier jedoch mit gratis Frühstück entschädigt.
