Nice hotel

High tech amenities. Accommodating and caring staff. Wonderful pool with velvety soft water -- and great poolside beverage service.

Cons:

When you leave, all electricity to room stops. If you need to charge any device while away, forget about it unless you enlist the help of the front desk to charge your power bank while out. Some signage is mildly offensive but understandable, i.e.towels developing legs and walking off premises, outside food put in refrigerator, et cetera. While I understand the reasons behind these policies, the negative tone simply does not land well.

Pros:

In primis le persone che ci lavorano. Kaba e Jana bravissimi e gentilissimi alla sala colazione. Ti fanno sentire a casa sempre disponibili e con il sorriso. Bravissimi anche in reception. Struttura pulitissima, piscina molto accogliente. Camere confortevoli, unica piccola pecca: materasso e cuscino non troppo comodi. Per il resto hotel che risponde ad ogni esigenza a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal corso principale. Molto silenzioso.

hotel in una buona posizione, vista stupenda e località tranquilla e silenziosa

Cons:

colazione deludente, molti prodotti confezionati, frutta invernale o confezionata (mi sarei aspettata frutta locale fresca), poca scelta di prodotti freschi o locali, che potrebbero dare un valore aggiunto.
bagno con doccia con telefono poco pratico per una doccia, ventola che funziona da sola a caso, pulizie del bagno nno effettuata tutti i giorni,

- La gentilezza e professionalità dello staff (receptionist, camerieri, signore delle pulizie, etc.), sempre pronto ad esaudire le richieste.
- La pulizia della camera e della struttura in genere;
- La piscina

Cons:

Sarebbe stato un soggiorno veramente perfetto se non fosse stato per il materasso e i cuscini poco comodi (ne abbiamo dovuti utilizzare due a testa).
Il letto, inoltre, scricchiolava.
Peccato per queste piccole pecche che in una struttura del genere non dovrebbero esistere

Staff sempre cortese e disponibile, bella piscina, stanze pulite, la parte dolce della colazione

Cons:

Camere troppo datate, a/c impossibile da spegnere e abbiamo dovuto dormire con la porta finestra aperta, senza zanzariera…. La parte salata della colazione è da rivedere come qualità. Fuori dal centro, strada in salita, consiglio taxi nelle ore più calde
