Borgo Magliano Resort

Meget søde personaler, efterhånden slidt, og buffeten i restauranten bærer præg af at der kommer mange italienere. F.eks. til morgenmaden var der masser (virkelig meget) kage og f.eks. ingen grøntsager og kun lidt frugt.

A lovely relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the staff very welcoming and friendly.
We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people.
Can’t recommend more highly ❤️

Struttura piacevole

Il posto è ben tenuto, pulito e ben strutturato.
Piscina pulita e ampia, parcheggio assegnato comodissimo, cibo molto buono sia colazione che cena, cordialità del personale.
Unica pecca appartamenti poco insonorizzati e sanitari macchiati da da prodotti x pulizia aggessivi.
Nel complesso molto valido e vacanza piacevole. Ci ritorneremo!

Situé près d'une ville fortifiée. Très luxueux. Personnel aimable! Nous aurions aimé y rester plus d'une nuit.

La struttura è situata in un’ottima posizione da cui si gode di una splendida vista. In se il resort è anche un bel complesso, soprattutto per tutto il contorno naturale che lo circonda.

Punti negativi:
-la ristorazione è di pessimo livello: la qualità dei cibi lascia molto a desiderare, non sembrano affatto prodotti freschi. Colazione mediocre, cena deludente paragonabile ad una mensa. Non vengono offerti piatti della cucina tradizionale toscana né specialità locali. La clientela straniera probabilmente apprezza il buffet, ma non incontra affatto i gusti di un palato italiano. Lo standard è bassissimo.
-personale poco cordiale e poco efficiente (tanto per citarne una: a inizio cena abbiamo chiesto gentilmente delle bevande che ci sono state portate a fine pasto quando stavamo per lasciare il ristorante. E facciamo notare che le bevande si pagano a parte).
-la camera era spaziosa ma da rimodernare, una buona ristrutturazione generale sarebbe necessaria.
-cambio asciugamani a pagamento, servizio di pulizia o riassetto inesistente.
-rapporto qualità/prezzo della mezza pensione non adeguato.
-nonostante il reclamo, non ci è stata proposta nessuna compensazione.

Purtroppo, per noi è stata un’esperienza sgradevole. Sicuramente non torneremo in questo resort e non lo consigliamo ad altre persone.

Tappa veloce di un viaggio più lungo, non ho potuto sfruttare i servizi della struttura. Bella piscina ed area della prima colazione (ottima)

Awesome stay in the heart of Tuscany. Great place, super cozy and clean. One of the best resorts we’ve been to

They didnt clean the room, food was ok, but not to the standard you would expect in a ordinary tuscany restaurant, so i would not reccomend half board and most of all take your own toilet rolls as the second day no one come to clean the room even if like me di reserved a standard accomodation through this website and no mentions to not providing cleaning services.

Très bel endroit pour la famille.

We were travelling with a little baby, and so were the majority of the other guests. The apartment was comfy and the views are great. We had a cold welcome, reception staff so so. Half board is very practical but food is not the best. The property is on a slope so you might have to walk up hill to get to/from pool and restaurant area. All things considered it was ok.
