My stay was good had no complaints.
Pros:

I like the breakfast it was fresh and the location is perfect im originally from Palatka so I know this hotel very well it looks way better now than it was before. Plus it has a fitness area now

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like about it. Everything was good from my eyes.

Comfortable but not professionally maintained
Pros:

Location is great. But they are not monitoring their Fishing Pier at the back of the property. Non guest people are coming in big numbers to fish their and creating lot of problems. Even they had a fight and had to call the police.

Cons:

Room 124 had shower head issue which still did not fix. Air conditioner makes terrible noise.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Front desk lady was nice

Cons:

Roaches in the room, sketchy environment, group of men drank and did drugs in the parking lot all night. Did not feel safe. Switched rooms when roaches were found in first room which was dirty(garbage on floors, dirt on floors) and second room had bugs (spiders and silverfish) and the wires for smoke detector hanging down. Not all lights worked. Was too scared to leave.

We had a great stay.
Pros:

Location is great, view of the river was also great. Everybody seemed to enjoy the breakfast, even so we didn't eat much of the breakfast,

Cons:

Everything smells musty, the window and doors are not tight. Some of my medications turned into powder. The window treatments had holes in them, It would take very little to make the place very nice.

Pros:

The location is beautiful. I didn't try th breakfast this time, but I will when I return in a few months.

Cons:

I didn't say anything, since I was only thee a couple of days but, the toilet in my room was running.
