Awful. Nobody should stay here.
Pros:

The view of St. Johns River

Cons:

Nothing. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. There are people who came daily, mostly at night, drinking alcohol and smoking weed and just being loud and unruly. The hotel did nothing to address the problem. The rooms were filthy and there was black mold, water damage in the bathroom ceiling, and loaded with cockroaches. I watched the housekeeper go room to room and she only changed the bed sheets. No vacuuming or washing or mopping. I didn’t stay for the time I was booked for, and I left in the night because it was so disgusting there.

From our first interaction with staff at check-in to our last at check-out, it was great.
Pros:

The king room with the river and bridge view is wonderful. My wife and I spent our time relaxing on the dock and benches by the water. It was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing.
