Parking lot floods when it rains hard
I didn't get the king size room i got the double seen bed they didn't drop the price
The property was clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I like that they had a laundry and the swimming pool was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

Breakfast was great, the view and the pool were the best part.
The floor seemed dirty. We had to put towels down or wear socks the whole time. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 staying 1 night.
The location on the St John's river is beautiful. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds, updated showers with no tub and glass sliders. Wall dispensers with shampoo and conditioner in shower. Clean towels and pool towels also available.

Really nice view of the river.
Once the lights turned off, the little baby roaches came out of everywhere. The room was infested. Its really disgusting waking up in the middle of the night to find roaches crawling everywhere. On the TV, in the bathroom, on the night stand next to the bed.
