Pratique pour une étape
Pros:

Le parking est très pratique, il permet de se garer juste devant la porte de la chambre (lorsque vous êtes au rez-de-chaussé). Vous avez un zone commerciale accessible à pied en 5/10 minutes. La chambre est bien agencée et la température est idéale en été. La salle de bain est spacieuse pour une chambre de cette taille, c'est confortable. La douche est géniale avec le système "d'eau brumisée".

Cons:

A contrario, en ayant votre chambre qui donne sur le parking au rez-de-chaussé, il fait très sombre dès que le volet est fermé. Même en ayant allumé toutes les lumières possibles, il reste quelques zones moins bien éclairées. De plus, il suffit qu'un client se gare ou parle sur le parking, vous entendez toutes la conversation.
