Gute lage, aber Nachts unangenehm laut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal ist freundlich. Der angebotene Parkplatz (nicht direkt am Hotel - ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss) ist günstig im Vergleich zu den umliegenden öffentlichen Parkhäusern. Es gibt einen kleinen Wasserkocher und Teebeutel sowie löslichen Kaffe im Zimmer. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional und sauber.

Cons:

SEHR hellhöriges Zimmer: Nichts zum ruhig ausschlafen. Die Holzbalken in der Decke knarzen bei jedem Schritt in der Etage darüber (auch deutlich nach Mitternacht), und man hört den Lärm von den Nachbarzimmern, vom gut besuchten Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und von den Kirchenglicken direkt nebenan, die jede Viertelstunde läuten. Zum Abdunkeln stehen nur Fensterläden zur Verfügung - keine Vorhänge oder Rolladen. Die "Unique" Zimmer, sind nicht alle so schön dekoriert, wie auf den Fotos - manche sind sehr schlicht/weiß.

Gute Stadtlage. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkgarage sehr nahe.

feeling the vibe of Lucerne
Pros:

the location was perfect. middle of the street but not noisy.

rooms are elegant, one especially given to us based on our request.

Cons:

squeaking noise making it impossible to walk inside the room.

bath was not easy to use due to the missing hook for the water hose

labyrinth type stairs and halls are not easy for large luggages, especially for some rooms. if you have heavy ones, let them know so they get you a room with the annex with elevator.

Emplacement idéal. Très bon petit déjeuner. Accueil chaleureux.

Cons:
