Pros:

Very big terrace with nice view to church and city. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bath is a joke. Church bells ring constantly,even at night. Limited breakfast selection. Quite small room.

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Reception was closed by the time I got there, so, one of the servers from the restaurant took care of me. He was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very good.
The location was excellent, close to the old town and the lake.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed when i arrived, but it was approx 21:45 as my train was late. (I did get pizza around the corner which was fine).

Piccolo ma confortevole hotel in centro.
Pros:

L'hotel è piccolo ma in una bella posizione, vicina al lago e alla Hofkirche, colazione buona, prodotti tipici svizzeri. Personale alla reception molto gentile.

Cons:

Il personale alle colazioni dovrebbe parlare un po' di inglese, è stata a volte difficile la comunicazione.

Amplasarea a fost bună, locația foarte frumoasă pe afara

Interiorul nu a fost conform așteptărilor. Totul scârțâia, deci nu se putea dormi noaptea, clopotele bisericii sunau la fiecare oră, chiar și noaptea, iar camerele nu au fost autentice, așa cum mi-aș fidorit

Location and view

Cons:

No in-built aircon available due to the old building. They supplied the room with a water cooler that requires the window to remain open so its external compartment can operate. But the street noise made it impractical to keep the window open.

Perfect place to explore Lucerne and the surrounding area!
Pros:

The location was great! The staff were excellent; friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. We were there during unseasonably hot weather and they provided the room with a portable air conditioner. Our room had a balcony which we really enjoyed. The bed was good. The breakfast was very good and included eggs and bacon, which is always nice on vacation!

Great location central to lake and rail station.
Pros:

Location. Clean.

Cons:

Portable a/c. It was a good temporary fix obviously the best they could do based upon the age of hotel.

Emplacement idéal, isolation phonique et lumineuse à revoir.
Pros:

L'emplacement, le parking et le personnel étaient très agréable.

Cons:

Nous logions dans la partie historique de l'hôtel, la vue sur l'église et le lac étaient magnifiques mais l'absence d'isolation sonore (chambre du dessus et couloir) et l'absence de rideau au niveau de la tour ont rendu la nuit moins appréciable.
