Sa proximité avec la gare, le lac et la vieille ville.

Cons:

Salle de bain pas aussi rutilante que sur les photos.

Отличный комфортный отель в самом центре Люцерна, расположенный в красивом историческом здании. Все основные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности, что очень удобно. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный вид из окна на Люцернское озеро и гору Пилатус — очень атмосферно и красиво.

Cons:

Стоимость завтрака показалась довольно высокой (25 CHF с человека), а по представленному ассортименту он не выглядел особенно привлекательным, поэтому решили его не брать.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Bett war bequem, es war sehr sauber und wirklich sehr Sweet.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr süß, wir hatten das Zimmer im Turm. Mal was anderes.

Excellenter Empfang, Top Küche und spitzen Service. Selten ein so rundes Angebot angetroffen. Ein richtiger Vorzeige Betrieb!
Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Cons:

Die Dusche ist für ältere Menschen sehr gefährlich, zu rutschig und man kann sich nirgends halten.
Der Fernseher sollte vom Bett aus gesehen mittig montiert sein. So wie es jetzt ist, nämlich in der Zimmer Ecke bekommt man Halskehre beim Schauen.

Pros:

La situation est parfaite. Le personnel sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner présentait du choix. La chambre était de bonne taille et les lits confortables.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé 2 lits séparés et avons eu un lit double. La douche était très mal éclairée.

Gemütliches Haus mit historischem Ambiente und sehr gutem Restaurant
Pros:

Ein sehr gemütliches, traditionelles Haus in guter Lage, am Rand der Innenstadt von Luzern, dem man seine historische Aura ansieht. Die wird auch liebevoll gepflegt, unter anderem mit einer Schale frischer Äpfel, die immer am Eingang des Hotels zur Verfügung stehen. Was die Äpfel bedeuten, das müsst ihr allerdings selbst herausfinden :-). Das Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, die Menschen am Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abgerundet wird das Angebot von einem sehr guten Restaurant, das schweizerische und internationale Spezialitäten anbietet.

Ich habe keine Beanstandungen.
