We had been for 3 days in this lovely hotel with 2 rooms reservation
I and my wife in a room and our cousins ( newly married in another room
We have been upgraded to a wonderful suite with huge terrace and a beautiful room in the 5th floor Everything was more than perfect
Incredible views and huge suite with wonderful decorations dedicated specially for our newly married cousins
The reception team was helpful
The restaurant have as usual the delicious Turkish food
The bar is amazing with nice drinks 24 hours
Our hero in this stay is Mr Mehmet Kosa
No words can describe what he is doing to us
He is very helpful and friendly and no words can’t really thank him enough
I also thanks Derya from the reception for her helpfulness and smily face

Oyku was amazing, her English is brilliant and her knowledge and banter are on point. She is a credit to TUI.

Once again, another outstanding experience in all areas of service.
As mentioned in my previous review I would highly recommended this hotel in all aspects.
I would like to extend a special thanks to Orcun, bell boy, for his superb and experienced assistance in all areas of the hotel.
I also thank Merve from guest services, for helping with a medical problem. Both of them have excellent understanding of the English language, which helps!
Finally, we look forward to our returning for this coming Christmas and new year celebrations.

The hotel staff are really helpful and have helped us to have a nice experience on our holiday .The hotel is on the whole for German clients , and entertainment and food is geared towards that .The staff have offered alternative food should we wish .They are very good at addressing our concerns..Thank you .The hotel is clean and well kept x

Hotel and location were really lovely. Food was excellent and all thr staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly, especially Sana at Guest Services, Orcan and Mehmet at reception and Mahmood in the redtaurant.

I loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Everyone was very welcoming and approachable. We had the deluxe double mountain view room which was immaculate and spacious, with serene views. I have a nut allergy and found the food labelling extremely healthy and no cross contamination. I throughly enjoyed the food especially the bulgar salad. I would absolutely come back again. Special thank you to the lovely waitress and the bar man who introduced me to the strawberry kiss cocktail with tequila.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and everything was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. A special thank you to Sana for her warm hospitality — she made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Buket was also very kind and helpful, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again

We travelled to here as a first time destination for Türkiye for one week. It was extremely clean and tidy, welcoming staff and the entire place felt homely, cosy with an open atmosphere.

We decided to do some of the guest experience which was darts where we had a fantastic lady called Tamina who did the experience with us and was an absolute pleasure to be around, she was fun, heart-warming and a real exemplary standard of the quality of care and service you will receive here. We've had good trips to other places but I have always felt staff can really make it an experience that you wouldn't forget and all the staff had a wonderful personality and was always friendly and considerate of us and other guests.

The location was quiet and the resort was situated on a beautiful picturesque ocean that you could sit and quietly watch the ocean waves come in and out regularly and just feel completely chilled.

The room was clean and had a fantastic airiness to it where everything felt just right when you stayed there, where we had a sea view and a part mountain view from our balcony, where it felt so amazing because we would regularly listen to the ocean at night which it felt very tranquil. I'd also like to recognise reception for upgrading us to sea view room for free which neither of us was expecting as they said the rooms was available and it would be nice and quiet for us that side, which was a fantastic call by them and very much welcomed and appreciated. The only negative about the room is the AC unit definitely needs an upgrade, as it was struggling to push an cold air out at all. Also the fan unit in our toilet sounded like a seagull getting strangled, which did make me laugh at the funny noises coming from the fan.

The staff also brought my wife a birthday on the day of her birthday and staff wished her happy birthday which we was both surprised at (we wasn't expecting this) but we felt really recognised by these lovely actions, which meant a great deal to both of us.

Amenities wise, it felt like there was plenty to do, normally there is archery however some renovation work was being done so archery couldn't go ahead, and the pools were being cleaned outside. The amenities we did use was the outside lounging area, the balcony area from the wunderbar, and the landscape area with the beach recliners to sit and watch the ocean. We also spent a considerable time in the wunderbar listening to the various music that they play, especially at night which has different themes happening such as Turkish music which I absolutely loved and its music I will be listening to back home. Also its not an amenity (or maybe it is?) the cats roaming around outside made my heart fill with joy, such gorgeous cats and so cuddly, where I spent an obscene amount of time finding cats and petting them and cuddling them through our stay with magic life. I would recommend to bring hand sanitiser though to clean your hands after petting the cats just to be safe and hygienic.

The value of this resort since we came in off peak season was impressive, as it worked out around £89 per person per day for us which included flights there and back, where in the scheme of things is really cheap for 3 buffets a day, as much drink as you want and your room cleaned everyday, and as much cake as you want as well, so in all honesty really impressive and amazing value for the place.

The quality of the food we both felt was really good, it isn't going to be as amazing as lets say a resort that is £1500 per person for a week, but for the price per value ratio the food was much better than either of us expected and there wasn't anything there that we thought was a bit rubbish, we thought everything was tasty, lovely seasoning and well cooked including food being well drained of any excess oil and fat.

Finally, like I stated early into this long review, Tamina is a wonderful lady who has a natural knack for customer experience who will make your experience in our opinion unforgettable, she had fun with us and made us feel so welcomed and it felt at times like a cosy home where you are doing something with a close friend, and for us we always absolutely enjoyed seeing Tamina. We both feel that Tamina should be recognised for the work she does and if your establishment has a way to recognise her work please could you do so, as her drive and passion for her jobs truly does shine through, and she made our experience that even much better.

We both aim to return in the future not just for the experience of everything but also for the joy we had with Tamina and how much fun it was during the guest experiences with her. I wanted to write this praise as we all deserve to be recognised for the work we do, and I really wanted to write how impressed I was with Tamina, in a world of negativity and people finding it easy to moan about every small thing, I wanted to focus on more the good people are trying to do.

This is my second time visiting The Rixos Beldibi and again the hotel is beautiful has views of both the beach and the mountains, very picturesque. I make the comment of it looking photoshopped because it does 👀. The rooms are really good sizing and they come with balcony’s we booked a double Mountain View and it was beautiful and we woke up to a beautiful view for a whole week. Brilliant value for money menu was expansive and varied. The hotel staff were very efficient at cleaning both the rooms and the hotel it self nothing seemed out of place. They were a 10/10 for their customer service levels and the service they provided at the resort. The hotel it self was serene low noise levels no big parties and couldn’t hear the night club from our room. I took full advantage of the amenities even treating myself to a massage in the spa and daily uses of the sauna and steam room, the hotel gives free access to The land of legends theme park which was really fun. Overall a 10/10 experience and also provides the reason of why we will be returning.

This experience so far has been amazing and to celebrate my birthday with my husband ❤️ was beautiful they looked after us and made me feel special. The attention to detail is amazing and I would recommend the Hotel to all my friends and family.

Lovely placed Hotel, all the services and stuff are very helpful and nice. Merve is very helpful and reception very good. Food very good but same everyday more choices needed housekeeper Suçi is so nice she celebrated my birthday nothing to complain garden is so nice and immiculate

Hi there stayed at this hotel far from a 4 star I can insure you all . First off many got to hotel was rushed to room and the most unfortunate view off an old run down hotel across the way the light on balcony did not work . Filled the kettle in room and water started to come out the bottom . The turned light on in bathroom to hear this horrendous noise coming from the ceiling fan . Trying to resolve these issues was a no no one could understand any English and was getting nowhere until I woman put phone in my fae reading speak to your rep . Did not see a rep for 4 days later only she could not speak English it was very annoying so nothing was sorted . Food was very cold and poor everything looked like the same thing was reheated and served day after day very poor. I had 2 weeks of salad not good .the beer was tangy and smell was I drinkable. Not good for me because I only like beer. Then in restaurant because only one open in hotel a massive fight broke out tables and glass everywhere shocking only one bar open and all rest where closed so 2 weeks of hell I might say so please please in my opinion STAY WELL AWAY thx x. TUI magic life far from it sorry .

Lovely hotel fabulous spacious deluxe room overlooking the mountains .Staff we’re just amazing, nothing was too much trouble if you needed their help in any way . Extensive variety of food and drink any time of day . Gardens were immaculate and the whole site well maintained .Exceptional value for money being an all inclusive resort. Would certainly recommend to family and friends and would like to come again in the Spring .

Great spot in Taurus Mountains with free access to The Land Of Legends. Aysel from guest relations is very helpful. Will come back here in summer for sure!

A big thank you to Nermin and Melike from the breakfast restaurant team for their outstanding work. Their cooking skills truly stand out, and you can taste the care and experience in every dish they prepare. A special mention goes to their omelet – it’s absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of breakfast. Anyone visiting should definitely try it; it’s a real treat and highly recommended!

Diana and Silan truly stood out with their wonderful communication skills and warm, friendly attitude. They made every interaction pleasant and welcoming, creating a great experience for everyone around them. And a special recommendation: you absolutely have to try the Turkish coffee made by them—it’s exceptional!
