Hôtel propre confortable très bon petit déjeuner personnel a l accueil aimable disponible et de bon conseil. Bien situé a 10mn a pied du centre.

Séjour touristique et très reposant, le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est top. 👍 L’équipe de l’hôtel est très accueillante et bienveillante, avec pleins d’adresses et bons plans.

Quiet nice low budget hotel. We were unlucky with the first room we received, the room had ants and wasn't entirely prepped for a stay where we lacked towels and soap. But once we talked with the receptionist a new room was provided without questions asked. It's 10 min away from Mulhouse center. Considering the price it's quiet good stay.

Fint og enkelt hotellrom. Stor butikk i nærheten. Bussen utenfor gikk ikke, så vi måtte gå til sentral stasjonen som lett kunne ta ca 15.

Utskjekk var kl 10 noe som var veldig tidlig.
Bassenget kostet penger.

Studio moderne, bien équipé. Salle de bain spacieuse avec chauffe serviette. Le personnel a l’accueil est très souriant et agréable.
Le seul petit bémol sont les coussins qui seraient peut être à changer.

Impossible de partir avec une simple facture, même en monopolisant 3 personnes, du jamais vu 😔
Après m'avoir dis verbalement que l'on me l'enverrai dans la matinée, toujours rien 😤

We had an issue with the sink, we called, but noone came.

It was comfy bed & warm, with friendly staff.
Swimming pool was gud temperature very quite ☺️ 🌡️& sauna was really hot.
However, room was not sweep properly, it had no blinds or net curtains 4 privacy!

Jai effectué un séjour passionnant dans cet hôtel.

Appartement très propre, moderne, avec équipement de base. Bonne literie, chambre bien insonorisée. Équipe à l’accueil sympathique.

Chambre calme et propre. Bien équipée. Au passé une très bonne nuit.

As a frequent traveller with booking.com , this is BY far the worst experience we had have had and mainly due to the Unfriendly hospitality of some the receptionists- exception of the nice lady and the friendly Italian speaking Personel!
-The hotel in itself is very well situated, near the center and a very quiet safe area to walk even at night. Rooms are spacious and although we specifically requested for rooms next to each other days before that was not granted- We arrived well before other guests ( they send us up to a room with adjoining rooms that was still in process of being cleaned -15.45 to be precise but could not give us the rooms together) . The housekeeper was in distress , understandably so ,as we walked into one of the connected rooms ..ohh mind you with keycard!) - ...and due to the communication barrier she therefore called the *NOT POLITE* and very unfriendly receptionist who rudely told us to wait down stairs of which we obv. Could have done had they mentioned that initially.
Breakfast was also chaotic, all tables filled with dirty utensils and not a greeting or direction from staff on where to sit for the guests, esp. If on first day!!!
- On positive side , a nice little pool to soak in and a spacious sauna.

Facturé une fois sur hôtels com et une seconde à l hôtel.... incompréhensible. Obligé de faire des démarches longues et fastidieuse s. On évitera de revenir en attendant que le personnel soit bien formé.

Customer service and services should be reviewed by the daytime receptionist present from 17-19 February 2023!
We had booked two connecting family rooms with 1 double and 2 single beds via Booking.com.
In the end there were 4 single beds.

I kindly pointed this out straight away and the receptionist condescendingly told me that this is normal. I am still waiting for the double duvet he promised to bring.

He also made us pay more for 8 breakfasts (9,50€) which were displayed at 9€. To top it all off, he insisted that it's an error from Booking.com whereas it's also written 9€ on the counter sign in front of him!

Following a complaint made via booking.com, he replied by insulting me!
Because of a staff that is not in his place, customers do not come back anymore!
