Easy parking
Strong smell in room. Bar was empty with reserved signs on the tables. The sign said wait to be seated and the manager took 5 minutes to decide where to seat us despite it being empty. I explained we were only staying a short while as we were meeting someone and he told us he would need the table back in two hours. In the morning there was no hot water for a shower.
Nice hotel, good location, easy to find, Easy location to many of the large business in the area. Parking was good and easy in and out and was not stupid charges on top like some hotels

Staff were amazing everyone we met was a happy and fun to be around.
We had a bit of a bad first night from neighbours in the room behind us. Their love making went on all night so much that it shock our bed everytime keeping us awake. We knew it was nothing ye could have done but when we brought it to staffs attention they didnt ask if there was anything they could have done to make the rest of our stay more comfortable. Now we didnt make a fuss cause its not like us to do that but we did think we might have got a voucher off another stay as a way to maybe up for our lack of sleep. Otherwise you have wonderful and staff and facilities and do wish to return with family in the future
