The bedside light was not working.
There was no hot water at night
The bedside light was not working. I had wanted to use light without put on the main room light.

Iv stayed here a few times ,always found the staff very friendly and helpful, food was nice and breakfast very well laid out and fresh,,very nice,,the rooms were well laid out ,clean and comfortable,,I would stay more often if the price per stay was a bit better or special offers, other than that I would highly recommend
The vending machine on 2nd floor was hard to operate, it was looking for €20 ,ALL i wanted was a bottle of water,,no thanks,,
It would be great if there was two bottles of water in the room like other hotels.

woken up 3am by people nxt room fighting was terrifying in me as i suffer baf anxiety
The cleanliness, the staff were absolutely lovely, the food was gorgeous. The atmosphere was great too.
Bed
Unfortunately one of our work vans was broken into while parked at the hotel and all of our tools were stolen. This was a very upsetting experience and raised concerns about security.
