Unpleasant
Cons:

The receptionist (african ethnicity probably) was not polite and was unwelcoming like I do not deserve to come at the hotel. He wanted my passport, and then as I told him in English that I live in Germany with a residence permit, he was like challenging me whether I can speak in Deutsch, as if I do not deserve to be in Germany if I can not speak Deutsch. Overall, his attitude is unlikely as a receptionist. Furthermore, I was given a room that is directly across the stairs, with no soundproofing, which was not nice.

Pros:

No staff at the front desk plus I was with my wife not a good area to be in
Smoking outside and then instead of apologizing starts to argue, no visible sign at the front saying stepping away for 2-5 mins
There are crackheads, alcoholics , prostitution, fights, in that area , nearby restaurant telling you stories of how people get shot here
Room was dirty , the hallways are damaged , staff is rude

Add induction and breakfast in this room price.
Pros:

Location and cleanness and available things are best. Check inn system is good. Room is soundproof.

Cons:

Do not have breakfast. There should be some Breakfast in this price. Roon price is high. There should be induction like other boarding houses. Heater and hot water were not enough.

Der fehlende Duschkopf wurde sofort nach Meldung bei Rezeption montiert.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Rotlichtviertel.
Im gleichen Gebäude, neben Hoteleingang, befindet sich der Eingang zu einen Stripclub oder ähnliches.

Ich war begeistert vom Hotel, es war wunderschön und die Zimmer waren blitzsauber und luxuriös. Der Herr, der uns begrüßte, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der junge Mann vom Nachtdienst hingegen war extrem unhöflich und unfreundlich zu mir und meiner Freundin. Er ließ uns nicht in unser Zimmer, obwohl wir ihm unsere Ausweise gezeigt hatten, und ging direkt zur Rezeption. Er war wirklich unfreundlich und sehr arrogant. Aber ansonsten war alles wunderschön und die Lage sehr praktisch.
