Close proximity to station and very clean
The surrounding area was a little intimidating for a solo traveller and it was noisy.
El chico q estaba en la recepcion por la noche , muy prepotente y grosero , la habitacion parecia un Sauna ,no habia aire acondicionado y fue una pesadilla toda la noche nos faltaba el aire no se podia respirar del calor q hacia ,aparte la zona era de personas de dudosa reputacion
A Hotel That Claims to Be 4 Stars, But Doesn’t Deserve It
This hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel, but my experience was far below that standard.
The reception staff, especially one Egyptian employee, was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Even though I had already paid for my reservation in full, I was unexpectedly charged an additional €2 per person for three people without any clear explanation.
What made the situation even worse was that after I completed the booking process, the receptionist told me to leave because they had no rooms available. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for guests.
The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. Throughout my stay, I saw people openly carrying what appeared to be cannabis, with people constantly coming in and out. The overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable and insecure.
A hotel that advertises itself as 4 stars should provide professionalism, safety, and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in every aspect.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor customer service, unexplained extra charges, unprofessional staff, and an unpleasant environment made this one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.
Stay away from this hotel if you value respectful service, honesty, and a safe place to stay.
Limpio, personal amable, desayuno adecuado, muy cerca de la estación principal de trenes.
Lamentablemente, y al igual que varios hoteles alrededor, ubicado en un pésimo barrio lleno de drogadictos y en pleno barrio rojo. Uno no se entera de esto si no lee los comentarios de otros huépedes. Esto no es culpa del hotel, sino del gobierno local, pero sin duda es muy importante para quienes nos quedamos ahí. El hotel, sabiendo esto, podría ofrecer algunas garantías a sus huéspedes que mitiguen esto, y así evitar caminar por esas calles, como un transporte desde la puerta del hotel a algún punto cercano seguro (aunque sea solo 2 cuadras es una gran diferencia), sobre todo de noche, aunque sea con costo adicional.
El inglés en recepción era muy básico. Estamos en Alemania pero en casi cualquier país del mundo fuera de Europa es el idioma que sabremos hablar además del propio, y somos turistas.
En el lugar del desayuno habían avispas volando cerca de la comida. Al menos en nuestro país eso es impensado.
Nothing good about this venue
People doing crack on the doorstep through the night, when I told the concierge he shrugged and said nothing they could do. Chaotic junkies screaming smashing glass right outside the hotel all night. Police coming with sirens parking up outside.
The photo is not the hotel and should be removed, other reviews have also mentioned this.
Cigarette smoke pumped into my aircon room all night.
The huge breakfast room window opened onto people dealing doing crack right next to us. When I asked to close the window so my 10 year old didn't see the drug users at breakfast the chef told me it needed to stay open cos the kitchen would be too hot and I should sit round the corner.
The hotel staff are indifferent and I'm sympathetic to the problem but honestly, it's no place for children on holiday.

Staff were very professional and friendly, also room was clean and tighty.
Inside the hotel everything was perfectly fine but outside streets street atmosphere was horrible 😫 mess and drugs people everywhere.

The area was full of drug users, smoking of the window seals outside, crime happening every where, sex workers even where, was to dangerous to even stand outside at night due to dodgy activity
Everything about the hotel is absolutely 100/100. Amazing staffs, cleaning is everything, location perfect. Well done to all the team and management
