It was small and intimate
I would have liked if I could wash my clothes and if they had. Snacks and ice cream in the lobby
Great location, and love the room.
We waited over 45 minutes to checkout, they had no manager on site and office was closed. This was the only negative. Otherwise love the stay.
Good location for everything around Sedona.
Breakfast wasn't great - same buffet every day except for a few hot items (scrambled eggs and variations of eggs - breakfast burrito, quesadilla, etc). Croissants and cookies were stale the first day, we didn't try them again after that.
Giant, beautiful room suite. The two-way fireplace was a wonderful bonus, soaking rub was lovely, living room was great. This was practically an apt as a hotel room. Way more than enough space for my husband, myself and our pups. We will absolutely be back to sedona and stay at las posadas every time!
Everything
The size of the room, the location and the amazing staff.
Breakfast could have more options of fruits but that is not a real downside.
We chose Las Posadas of Sedona based on the hotel’s website description calling it “a rare find within walking distance of restaurants, art galleries, hiking trails and golf courses.” Unfortunately, we found that to be misleading. The surrounding area felt more like strip malls, and we ended up driving to the hiking trails and the Sedona experience we were looking for. It’s roughly a 20-minute drive from the more iconic/central parts of Sedona.
The rooms also felt worn down (see photos). Staff were friendly, but check-in was delayed because the room wasn’t ready. We were told we were “upgraded,” but the upgraded room did not include the views or soaking tub we had originally booked.
Breakfast was comparable to a Holiday Inn Express style breakfast, and the coffee was lacking in flavor—we ended up going out for breakfast.
With so many better options closer to Uptown Sedona, we would not stay here again.
Great place, close to so many attractions and great local restaurants, distilleries and golfing. December was cold but if you’re prepared it wasn’t that bad.
The room was wonderful
A little bit of a drive to major sights
We loved everything , nice quiet location and beautiful views, restaurants are very close by . It was very spacious and clean.
Chef Moon And front office Tracy have mad this experience like no other. The food and hospitality has been the best we have had!! This will be our go to hotel when we visit Sedona. Thank you Chef Moon and Tracy! Merry Christmas from the Daniels Family
Everything! Loved the suites. Very roomy. Well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the fireplace and the balcony. Tracy checked us in and she was so lovely! She was so helpful and accommodating to any request.
Pool was not heated so very chilly in November. Breakfast provided was ok but mostly vegetarian options and eggs were always overcooked.
Beautiful property, loved my room, outstanding customer service from Tracy and her employees.
