Hôtel de charme bordé par une jolie rivière aménagé

L'emplacement est exceptionnel et l'architecture et la décoration des chambres un vrai plaisir, mais...
Mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'accueil est toujours aussi déplorable même quand vous y prenez des habitudes. On vous colle toujours la plus mauvaise chambre, vous demandez un grand lit on vous en met des petits et on ne vous les change évidemment pas, bref peut être considere-t-on que vous ne faites toujours que passer. Mon client Corse me disait qu'il avait eu de nombreuses remarques similaires sur l'accueil, c'est vraiment dommage, le potentiel est énorme mais un 4* étoiles c'est aussi un service, et l'attention c'est un gage de réputation autant que les talents de l'architecture et la beauté de la Corse.
Eine schöne, gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mitten in den Bergen an einem kleinen Fluss. Der Pool mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und täglich frischen Badetüchern ist wirklich schön. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Das Zimmer war wie ein kleines Chalet mit eigener Terasse mit Flussblick. Es war modern, sauber und gepflegt, allerdings etwas klein. Das Hotel verfügt über ein gutes Restaurant mit schöner heimeliger Terasse. Die Speisen waren sehr gut.
Das Frühstück musste zusätzlich gebucht werden und kostete 24 Euro pro Person! Es war überteuert und hat uns nicht gefallen (z.B. keine frischen Früchte). Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber manchmal etwas begriffsstutzig und vergesslich (man musste ständig nachfragen, weil etwas nicht kam, was man bestellt hatte) und nicht immer so hilfsbereit (beim Frühstück bei der Frage nach Heisswasser wollte man nicht helfen und eine frische heisse Milch zusätzlich verrechnen).

Lage weit ab. Mitten in der Natur. Boutique-Konzept, schönes Restaurant und nette Rezeption.
Rezeptions-Service war ein wenig überlastet (?) , in der Gastro bekam man nur Menü- und Weinkarte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es die Karte für andere Getränke. Es gab KEIN alkoholfreies Bier. Unmöglich für ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Der Trend geht seit Jahren zu alkoholfreien Getränken !!!

Nous avons apprécié le domaine, c'était magnifique, l'accès à la rivière était un plus, la table était bonne.
Le problème d'électricité et d'eau indépendant de votre volonté à un peu gâché le séjour.

The location is pretty and access to the river to swim is a really big plus.
The staff at reception are really helpful.
Management is chaotic. Both at dinner and in the morning for breakfast. Only one person on duty and all hotel guests either having breakfast at the same time or trying to check out at the same time. Poor woman was running between the checkout, driving to rooms to pick up luggage, and getting more milk, eggs, bread foe the breakfast. Total chaos. Not what I expected.
Le domaine est magnifique. Le personnel aux petits soins. La décoration est choisie avec beaucoup de goût. La rivière au pied du domaine est un havre de paix. Le silence est délicieux pour un séjour hors du temps.
Il manque des accroches ou mobilier dans la salle de bain pour poser ses vêtements.
Le rapport qualifié prix du restaurant est décevant. Repas correct mais sans raffinement, ce qu'on pourrait attendre dans ce type d'établissement haut de gamme.
Le bar est fermé à 22h30, dommage, nous aurions aimé rester sur la terrasse un peu plus tard en sirotant un dernier verre.
