The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!
It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.
One of my favorite hotels to stay in when I’m Jerusalem! Fabulous service and the staff is outstanding!
It's a very nice hotel located on a quiet street very close to the main street with all the transportation. Walkable distance to the small grossery store and restaurants.
Excellent
I had a wonderful stay at the Prima Royale Hotel! The location is perfect—right in the center of Jerusalem, close to many attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was a real highlight—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fresh, delicious, and offered a nice variety. The rooftop is spacious with an amazing view of the city—definitely worth a visit during your stay.
A special thank you to Eliran, the assistant general manager, for his kindness and attentiveness. The service throughout the hotel was excellent—professional, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommended!
We had a pleasant stay. l The hotel is good, clean rooms, good breakfest, kind peronal, helpfull. The hotel is close to the old City and Jaffa gate.
Good location - we walked less than 20 minutes to the old city and 30 to machane Yehuda. There is a lovely rooftop patio and easy parking made it very convenient.
Great staff location is very desirable
Room was very small - otherwise a good value for the money
Chosen for colorful pictures such as this one we can still see,
but not so colorful rooms, eventhough very comfortable.
We had a nice and very calm stay,
but surprized that elevator does not power on Saturdays and the breakfast was not so tasty. Actually we have never experienced less food any other place and we left hungry overall.
Massage was excellent
Always love staying here
Great location great staff and great food
No frills, but clean, well kept. Beds were nice and firm, which is my preference. Water in the shower gets nice and hot! There is a mini fridge in the room. I did a la carte meals; the breakfast buffet was excellent. I also signed up in advance for Shabbat lunch, and it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. On Shabbat, at first I forgot to turn on the heater, and later the room hot too warm. Two different front desk people, both not Jewish, graciously offered to turn the heater on and off. This is a classy place. A lot of families stay here, and there was a young adult seminary group who stayed here over the weekend. Close to many things - 30 min walk to the Kotel, 6 min walk to the Jerusalem great synagogue, 20 min walk to Ben Yehuda street, 25-30 min walk to the Shuk. There are a few bus stops very close to the hotel, where lots of busses stop. They all go to the train station.
This property is a bit long in the tooth. Needs some freshening up. Breakfast buffet was extensive, but not very good. The items that were supposed to be hot, such as eggs and shakshuka, never were. That was a disappointment. Coffee and juice were good.
Had a lovely time. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was clean . Breakfast was ok pleasant enough. Excellent location easy to walk and get public transport
Well maintained hotel. Good service and clean rooms. Meals were pretty good also.
Shabbat was beautiful we had a nice quorum and the good was tasty very nice wait staff!!!
The Prima Royale staff was amazing!they were very helpful and met all my needs for the day I was there. I would definitely stay there again.
Front desk staff so nice and accommodating. Able to check me in to my room at 10am, rather than 3pm. Comfortable, clean room.
The hotel was great, and in a great location, but the staff was phenomenal. Eliya at the front desk and Yosseff in food service went out of their way to make the hotel feel like home. I was their for 3 weeks and wish it could have been more. Can't wait to use the Prima Royale on my next trip to Jerusalem.
