It’s OK for lay over.
Pros:

Close to airport.

Cons:

Toilet doesn’t flush well, showers either cold or very hot water, needs to be fix, breakfast continental. Shuttle to Airport 25 dollars.

Nice stay at SureStay Guam
Pros:

All was good at SureStay. Everything went well. Easy check in and out, good Wifi and AirCon, Smart TV, coffee and tea, plus a balcony 👍

Cons:

200 deposit but it was returned to my credit card right away

The price they charge for rooms is too high for such a run down hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was just cereal, fruit, and coffee. You have to pay if you want something other than that

Cons:

Shower head was broken, AC was making really loud clammering noises, and my coworker had to change his room because when he checked in, his AC wasn't working at all. I reported the shower head issue and all they did was try to hide the broken part. Did not fix it.
