Beautiful traditional design and amazing view

Cons:

Pool not heated and not well maintained and location not so easy for daily transfers to Lugano, would be nice for hotel to offer a transportation to make it easier

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Blick aus der Lobby Bar & den Restaurants ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr veralteten Eindruck gemacht. Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, das Frühstücksbuffet ist von minderer Qualität. Sehr enttäuschend! Auch das Personal ist zum Teil eher unfreundlich.

Pros:

Frühstück oberer Durchschnitt. Pool zu ungepflegt, vermutlich externe Gäste im Haus haben ihren Müll (Mc Donalds Tüten) im Poolbereich abgestellt. Wurde nicht aufgeräumt. Poolservice mit Handtüchern zu spät und zu selten (keine Handtücher teilweise vorhanden). Getränkeservice am Pool zu selten und nur auf Anforderung über poolpflegenden Hausmeister. Kein 5-Sterne-Niveau

Cons:

Bettwanzen. Matratzenbelag und Bettwäsche wurden auf unseren dringenden Wunsch hin ausgetauscht

Pros:

Nice property with great views but with very old rooms! Everything was old in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was cold. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A very good affordable option near Lugano
Pros:

Spent five days here over the Christmas holiday. Our family had three rooms together. The rooms are a very good size and our family could gather in one room to spend time together. The breakfast was very nice as were the people working it. The cleaning was done daily and done very well. We had wished for some holiday decorations which were severely lacking - there were none. Also the fact that there was never anyone at the desk was a bit of a drawback as the self check in process was somewhat difficult (this may have been because we had three rooms under one name). However, whenever we called for something, a corkscrew, ice, towels,it was sent promptly. There are some things, like the carpets that could use to be replaced. The bus to Lugano was easy to use and was a short walk away. There were also Ubers which we took advantage of as well. Overall, we had a very good experience at the Park Hotel and we all agreed we would definitely return.

Staff molto premuroso, professionale ed accogliente (presso la reception, la SPA, la limonaia).

Struttura molto ben decorata per le feste.

Spa molto ordinata e pulita. Attrezzature molto ben alloggiate e fruibili pur essendo in uno spazio contenuto.

Ottima la colazione.

in posizione centrale con vista spettacolare sul golfo di Lugano.

Cons:

Trovo sia un peccato che i vetri della limonaia non fossero troppo puliti. È un posto molto bello dove fare colazione al sole e sarebbe più elegante con dei vetri meglio puliti.

In camera (o) la rubinetteria (cromo) è molto graffiata da anni di pulizie ed anche il lavandino sarebbe ora di sostituirlo perché la ceramica era rovinata.
