Cons:

Housekeeping was lacking. Did not leave towels, empty trash, and vacuum floor. Had to request towels and take trash out.

Quiet other than weird noises all night long. Dirty and gross.

Easy access. Smelled clean. Generally nice staff. Large room.

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned at all before we got in there! Trash was done bed was made but that’s it! Found gross residue and stains everywhere and little black curly hairs everywhere. Bathroom was NOT cleaned! Should have changed rooms…

Worth the Stay, Skip the Pool
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and road-warrior approved. This hotel is a solid choice for business travelers, with an easy stay and a decent breakfast. The only miss is the pool, which is tiny and oddly tucked along the side of the building near the parking lot.

Very good selection for the breakfast. Ice Machine always works, somebody is on the desk. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

My family member paid for his room (I had reserved 2) and hotel staff refunded my credit card after his was charged. But the next day you charged my card again. You should allow a change in who pays if it is needed as in this case. Thank you.
