Pros:

We had a great stay at the Seaview Hotel! A huge thank you to Monte and Jenet at the front desk for their outstanding customer service. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. They were so friendly, took the time to chat with us, and truly made sure we had an excellent experience.The building itself is on the older side and the maintenance could use some improvement, but the staff does an amazing job keeping it clean. The hotel smelled fresh, and we constantly saw the cleaning crew working hard around the property. To top it all off, the ocean view from our room was absolutely legit. 5 STAR to the staff.

Waking up to a sunrise every morning.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Sunrise view over the ocean was great.

Cons:

Rooms could use some renovation. But if you don’t mind an old carpet on the floor, it’s a great bargain.

Pros:

The property was conveniently located close the event I attended while there.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated. There was a roach crawling in our room on the TV stand. There was only one elevator and felt like it was on its last leg and the pool was very small almost like a kiddie pool. I would not stay here again. The rooms lol nothing like pictures on the add.

Ok but Not great... Unfortunately
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The rooms were ok. Location was good. The soap and hair products being attached to the shower wall was a nice touch. Being able to remain parked in the parking deck until 3 pm after checking out was a bonus. The view was beautiful because it is oceanfront. Seeing fireworks from the balcony was cool.

Cons:

Amenities weren't up to par. Television was outdated and only had 8 channels. Mini fridge was also outdated. The outside of it was dirty. It was missing a door bracket inside. The tub was chipped and very slick. My Mom fell 3 times and injured herself. There was no in room safe for our belongings. The phone in room 305 didn't work and actually had a sticker that said 303. Pictures of the lobby and parking deck on the hotel website are not correct. The lobby did not have multiple drink stations. Only one and the beverages inside were not refrigerated. The parking deck was difficult to navigate and narrow which was not presented in the photos. The air conditioning did not have proper draining resulting in a puddle on our balcony. Also a popcorn machine was present but not in operation. Not being warned that fireworks would be happening at 10:30 pm the nights of our stay caused disruption to our sleep on night one.

You get what you pay for....
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to move us to a higher floor as requested since this was my daughters first beach trip. They gave us a box fan after request.

Cons:

The overall facilities were not very clean and very hot! The AC struggled and we needed a box fan just to be comfortable. Kitchen sink leaked horribly and there was not a full-size fridge as shown in pictures. The view was good, but the building sits back so you cannot see down the boardwalk. There is only 1 elevator and the parking access is not secure!

Won't use this hotel again.
Cons:

Room was ready before check in but wouldn't let us check in or pay $35 more. Had to carry our stuff in by hand not enough carts. Water had to turned off for awhile but was not notified.

The hotel is just old and need renovation immediately.
Pros:

The location was great. I’ve used them before and this experience was not like the rest.

Cons:

We had plumbing issues in the first room. We were moved to a different room and that room toilet didn’t work either.

Pleasant friendly staff in an older style hotel with basic amenities
Pros:

The parking garage was small but it was cool being 1 min walk from my vehicle. Also the location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Originally I wanted ground floor on beach side with a patio but after arriving and the first night lots of traffic on the boardwalk of people . They pleasantly moved us up to the second floor and the balcony gave us a little more sense of privacy
