Liked the location. Room was decent and staff was decent
Elevator was not working which they didn’t mention till after we checked in and loaded luggage on the cart and didn’t seem like they were in any hurry to fix it. Stairs were basically a fire escape with heavy fire door to go through each time. Had to ask for towels and coffee and room was never cleaned or asked if we wanted so. Shower had big cracks filled with caulking and since there wasn’t hardly anyone else staying there which should have been a clue I hope they gave us a better room. I realize I didn’t book the Hilton and that things happen but we won’t be staying there again.
The hotel was clean, the view from the balcony absolutely breathtaking! Very clean, the staff treated me with respect, that was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It was in the middle of everything and right on the beach great and it was really peaceful ✌️
If i didn't have to run down and smoke if I could have atleast smoked on balcony but I understand
Location was good
First room that they put us in the floors were soaked and it was covered in mold and a housekeeper was just chilling in there when we walked in. Took too long for them to give another room which was also dirty, rusty and moldy. Maintenance got an attitude when I was talking to my friend about the situation, not even addressing him. Hallways and elevator are like being in a sauna. Parking garage is scary. Lights are broken and hanging and the door to it doesn’t lock so anybody could come on in . Staff is unhelpful and oblivious. Just go somewhere else.

For the price and location they should take care of the property more… management are careless about our concerns. They give my wife and myself a room #604 to be exact, the bathroom was nasty, sink clogged and toilet broken with a water running noise. It was a nightmare, they didn’t try to help at all. Called them many times and nope, the desk girl Stephanie lied, by saying that it was the room, Bibiana the manager didn’t even care about us. I asked her for a 40% refund or a new room. She said, no I can only do 30% or you can just leave… like what the hell! Today September 13,2026, booking contacted me via email regarding the Seaview Hotel has not yet sent them the refund… it was a nightmare vacation experience… nope don’t let nobody else go trough this experience.
I like the location closer to the ocean.
The space was too small
We had a great stay at the Seaview Hotel! A huge thank you to Monte and Jenet at the front desk for their outstanding customer service. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. They were so friendly, took the time to chat with us, and truly made sure we had an excellent experience.The building itself is on the older side and the maintenance could use some improvement, but the staff does an amazing job keeping it clean. The hotel smelled fresh, and we constantly saw the cleaning crew working hard around the property. To top it all off, the ocean view from our room was absolutely legit. 5 STAR to the staff.
