Pool was very small. Heating/AC unit not working notified front desk and the guy gave me space heater and said maintenance wouldn’t be in till tomorrow. It was very cold. I should have known something was wrong with the room because when we first went in There was a fan on the dresser. So apparently they already knew the room needed fixing n still rented it out. He didn’t offer my my money back or at least the cost of one night

The stuff at the front desk was very kind and helpful..

Cons:

The bathroom in the lobby was always out of paper towels. Told us the rooms were going to be remodel.over all a good stay.. and the parking garage need better lighting and maybe cleaned up a bit..

This is the second time we have stayed here and was very nice.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel and we didn't have to move our car the whole time we were there. All staff were friendly!

Our rooms got messed up, the staff was amazing, and the only problem was our floor was wet between the bed and wall to t

Soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us were very kind and polite.

Cons:

My room was messed up, but they were able to give me two rooms, but we decided to go down to one room, but on the side where the bed was closest to the wall, the floor was completely wet like they had a waterline leak or something but other than that, everything was great.

Not the best stay

The hotel picture match what you see which was great. Staff was nice

Cons:

My bathroom toilet was broken. Management said they would send maintenance and forgot. Maintenance only came because room below complained about a leak. Refrigerator I believe was broken. I had to continuously go down and get ice to keep my toddlers milk cold in the refrigerator the entire weekend the AC in the room worked nice until the night time when it would turn off automatically and would not allow me to turn the temperature/heat up.
Management stated the would give a discount due to bathroom but did not and I had to deal with men coming in and out of my room fixing this while on vacation not acceptable!
