Fun weekend with friends
Pros:

Great location! Lobby coffee and juice was nice. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Cleanliness of common areas (hall, lobby, elevator). Room cleanliness was OK, but not great. Light in bathroom didn't work, room temperature was either freezing or hot. One elevator for whole hotel led to a wait at times. Parking garage is a wild experience! Signage in garage area could use improvement. Overall, typical oceanfront beach hotel. Great for a stay with friends, but would not stay here with my family.

5th Floor. Parking was great except for some access. But I love to walk. The guys at the desk were friendly and open to talk and responded to requests quickly!

We truly had a wonderful time.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay this week. The staff was amazing & always pleasant. Ervin & Wes were very hospitable & made our experience very enjoyable. The hotel / rooms were clean with the housekeeping team doing a great job. Location of the hotel was perfect - Oceanfront & right by I-64. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Book a room with a single king bed, only rooms with two full-size beds were available.
Very strong weed smell in the room in the evening. We do not smoke-seemed to come from an adjacent balcony

AC leaked made the floor wet and the bathroom sink leaked and made the floor wet besides that it was good will stay again

Good value bad room
Pros:

Sink had a trash can under it instead of piping. Shower was dripping couldn’t stop it same with running water in toilet back.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Pros:

Room was nice, and there was hot and cold beverages available in the lobby at all times.

There were rats OUTSIDE the building at night time.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The staff was rude. They gave us the key that didn’t work to the room. Then they put us in another room where the toilet didn’t flush we didn’t have any available parking so he tried to get us to park in a spot that we were gonna be towed after 15 minutes so we ended up leaving and not staying there
