La vista al mar excelente el personal muy amable!!
El lavamanos con moho y con liqueo está roto supongo y solo le pusieron algo ahí, la tina toda manchada las camas muy pequeñas en realidad el cuarto no me gustó todo está viejo nesecita renovado todo!! La limpieza pésimo!!

Booked a 2 bed room with kitchenette. Manager Lopez changed our booking to a king size bed????
Thats what Johnathan at front desk said.
Why?
He calls her and she " says" i will get a 25% discount.
They changed room to 2 beds. No kitchenette .
Still charging me for original kitchenette price?
Its a mess! Horrible customer service.
Dirty pool. Elevator dirty.
Room bathroom dirty and gross.
Never be back. And will spread the word.

I loved it all it was perfect
The building needs heavy maintenance. Our patio door had the hardest time sliding to open and close it. We didn’t have a trash can and had to ask for one. Our soap dispenser was empty and had to get soap but couldn’t get it in the dispenser so I placed it in the counter to use. The faucet in the shower kept leaking no matter how many times I tried to adjust it. The stopper in the sink was broken and wouldn’t come up or down. The cover for the AC outside the room wasn’t on, it was placed beside it.

Actually loved this property! Right on the beach. Balcony was awesome! The hotel smelled amazing every time we entered the building. A few things needed some upgrades but nothing to really complain about. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled amazing! So glad I didn’t pay attention to what others had said about the property.
They do only have one elevator so that many it pretty challenging loading and unloading luggage to the vehicle. Our bath tub faucet never stopped leaking the entire time. We couldn’t hear it so it didn’t bother us but it did leak. The toilet also didn’t refill after flushing but we knew how to fix that ourselves so we didn’t complain about that either. Everything was fine and we had a great trip!!
