Pros:

Las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes

Cons:

Piscina pequeña, encima la alquilaron para un cumpleaños de niños toda la tarde, nosotros que después de una mañana visitando Managua, nos apetecía descansar en la piscina, pues no. En recepción nos dijeron que la piscina la podíamos utilizar los clientes, eso sí, con treinta niños chillando y jugando. En fin no volveré.

A nice, clean place to stay if you are going to Managua, Nicaragua with friendly staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed the entire experience. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have their own transportation which you can hire which was very convenient for us. It was centrally located. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing was our water was not as hot as I am accustomed to but they may have been due to the fact that their were several men soccer teams staying their at the same time.

Pros:

Me gustó todo del hotel. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y limpias, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y bien equipada. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y el ambiente del hotel es elegante y acogedor. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Cons:

La verdad no tengo comentarios negativos. Mi experiencia fue muy buena en todos los aspectos.

A hotel with old charm offering a very good stay
Pros:

We stayed two nights in room 508. A room with old charm, good bed and very quiet at the back side of the hotel. The breakfast had a rich assortment. We also had diner in the restaurant which was very tasty. We had two good experiences with the reception. First, because there was a problem with my Booking reservation, the reception could assure us we had a room at arrival. Secondly, a lot of thanks to the female receptionist who helped us when a transfer taxi to Leon didn’t show up. All together we certainly would recommend this hotel in Managua.

Pros:

El ambiente me gusta, y el servicio me fascina. Cada vez que visito ese hermoso país, me hospedo con ustedes.

Cons:

Deberían de tener servicio al cuarto las 24 horas, te de a un recepcionista en área de front desk las 24 horas. Asimismo, el área de restaurante debería ofrecer servicios hasta las 12 AM (por aquello de los huéspedes que hacemos a Nicaragua a las 10 pm con hambre.

Pros:

Muy bien el desayuno, solo que deberían de tener más jugo de naranja porque es el que se acaba rápido porque todos lo preferimos

Cons:

Que tuve problema con la activación de las tarjetas para el ascensor y entrar en la habitación y que no hay papelera en los baños
