Great location, and a good park area.
We stayed two nights in room 508. A room with old charm, good bed and very quiet at the back side of the hotel. The breakfast had a rich assortment. We also had diner in the restaurant which was very tasty. We had two good experiences with the reception. First, because there was a problem with my Booking reservation, the reception could assure us we had a room at arrival. Secondly, a lot of thanks to the female receptionist who helped us when a transfer taxi to Leon didn’t show up. All together we certainly would recommend this hotel in Managua.

Deberían de tener servicio al cuarto las 24 horas, te de a un recepcionista en área de front desk las 24 horas. Asimismo, el área de restaurante debería ofrecer servicios hasta las 12 AM (por aquello de los huéspedes que hacemos a Nicaragua a las 10 pm con hambre.
La atención del persona es muy buena. El lugar está muy limpio. La comida también es muy buena.

Que tuve problema con la activación de las tarjetas para el ascensor y entrar en la habitación y que no hay papelera en los baños
La arquitectura interna del hotel es muy bonita y su ubicacion es perfecta para quién busca hacer turismo en Managua
Las habitaciones tienen algunos detalles descuidados y en la cafetera de la habitación no ponen café, solo te. Solicité café, me indicaron que me llevarían y no lo hicieron.
Ame la limpieza, las habitaciones don cómodas y su personal muy amable y eficaz si regreso a Managua seguramente lo visitaré

Room and location were fine.
Very poor handling of a lost property request. I contacted the hotel 1.5 days after departure and tried to reach them multiple times via Booking.com, email and social media, without any response. Only after escalating to Hilton global did the hotel react. I received contradictory information about whether the item was found and was later asked to provide digital proof of the item’s location, which is unreasonable for lost property. Disappointing communication and customer service.
