I have stayed here many times and paid when I arrive. I got a call hours before I arrived stating they needed me to pay for hotel in advance... I was in upstate NY in the middle of a festival and did not have my purse near me. An hour or so later I called back to pay for the room and they cancelled my reservation!!! We could not find another place to stay and had to drive home ... a four hour drive. And was not able to attend a party the next day...
