Nous avons réservé en ligne pour 355 €. À l’arrivée, on nous a fait payer 460 €. Puis, au moment du départ, on nous a encore demandé 76 € supplémentaires.
En plus, j’avais clairement confirmé que ma chambre et celle de mes enfants devaient être côte à côte, car mes enfants ont besoin de moi. On m’a assuré “oui, bien sûr, elles seront à côté”.
Après avoir payé les 460 €, on m’a finalement informée que ce n’était pas possible.
C’est un manque total de transparence et de crédibilité. Nous nous sommes sentis trompés.
Nous ne reviendrons jamais et nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Nachdem ich die 460 € bezahlt hatte, wurde mir plötzlich gesagt, dass dies doch nicht möglich sei.
Das ist ein völliger Mangel an Transparenz und Ehrlichkeit. Wir fühlten uns getäuscht.
Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.
