Convenience to the work I do monthly. Well kept areas. Clean areas.
Every hotel I stay at I always stay for an amount of time and always have children placed right above me. I travel for work, love kids, however do not want to hear the Olympics going on above me, baby crying and parents with elephant feet. I want top floors and kids should always be first floor.

The property was in a great location and had close amenities.
The pool was filled with to much chlorine it burned our throats and gave chemical burns to skin. Bar lacked all draft beer and was not stocked for majority of drink selections due to a wedding the previous weekend. The bartender expressed how she had ordered provisions and never received. We also had ants coming on to a table due to a loose panel by the beds, as well as a clogged sink in the bathroom.
Stay was good. A few minor issues.
Exhaust fan in bath room did not work, shower curtain needed to be longer. Allowed water on floor. Not hotels fault being pet friendly but unable to use chair do to previous clients allowing their animals to sit and or sleep in chair.

Nice hotel, very clean. Good parking facilities as we did not hire a vehicle and were reliant on family to collect us. We made use of the hotel mini-bus which was excellent.
Would definitely recommend and will stay again!
On the one occasion that we had time to use the pool the Spa was out of use! just unfortunate timing on our part as it was being cleaned the following day.
