It was a wonderful and great location in Siem reap ,we spent for 3 nights here and we met with nice and politely people here.

They are always welcome and assist us at front desk .

Pros:

I stayed here for 3 nights and I have to say it was one of my favourite places. Say and all the staff were extremely kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location is perfect because it’s on a quiet street, but still only about 10 mins walk to pub street. The room was cleaned daily, the AC worked well and the breakfast was simple. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We appreciate and support for this hotel and we spend time during my holidays from work .

We enjoy staying staff friendly and welcoming and smiling.

We suggested that could be improvement for breakfast and room .winter work not good in room toilets.

Building was old and need more maintenance and deep clean.

Met professional leader at front line operation and always care and helped us so much.

Princely stay close to the city centre
Pros:

I stayed at the Prince d’Angkor for a week and the best feature was the staff, all of whom were friendly and helpful (maid service as well as front desk and restaurant/bar). They helped us organize some tours and gave a great first impression of Cambodia.

Our room was attractive, clean, and tidy, with effective a/c, and the small balcony was nice to have. Bottled water was replenished each day and paper could be flushed in the toilet. The breakfast buffet was consistent; nothing special but adequate in selection and quality with both Asian and western choices, and on the day we left early for a sunrise trip to Angkor Wat the hotel packed a (free) breakfast for us.

The pool was clean and uncrowded, and the poolside bar was nice to have, although the loungers were busy in the afternoon, and the bar cocktail recipes were sometimes … unconventional. Despite that I recommend the happy hour 2-for-1 drink deal!

I chose this hotel over some closer to Pub Street because of the space, and décor, and to be in a slightly quieter area, and would be glad to come back for another stay.

Thank to Professionals Management (Mr Say ) that very care and to make sure we are comfortable during stay here.

For breakfast was ok and room too. Big salt water pool and nice for relaxing after visiting temples.
