There are many things to love about this hotel, and that would be the fabulous enormous pool and the lovely staff. And there are some things that could definitely be improved. They are minor things that could make my review a 5-star. My list:
1) Since we can't put toilet paper in the toilet, please have garbage cans that can be closed.
2) How about containers of shower soap and shampoo instead of teeny tiny tubes.
3) A soap dish for bar soap so it's not on the wood bathroom counter.
4) A better breakfast buffet with fresh bread and pans that keep food hot after it's cooked.
All in all, it was a nice hotel for a good price and if you want a nice pool, this was the place. The location was also great near Pub Street and eateries.
I would like to sincerely commend the outstanding service provided by Front Desk Mr. Say, the Manager, and the entire staff. From the moment I checked in until the time of check-out, the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was truly exceptional.
Mr. Say at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. His warm attitude, efficiency, and willingness to assist with any request immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The Manager demonstrated excellent leadership, ensuring everything ran seamlessly and that guests felt valued and comfortable.
Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to provide support and ensure a pleasant experience. Their responsiveness, courtesy, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression.
Thank you to Mr. Say, the Manager, and the entire team for delivering such remarkable hospitality. I truly appreciate the effort and care shown from arrival to departure. I look forward to returning again soon!

We stayed 2 nights during our tour of Cambodia. The hotel is really nice with spacious comfortable room overlooking the pool. Lovely pool with sun loungers and the staff are all so nice, helpful and very very friendly. Food is good in the restaurant with lots of choices and competitive in price, also a lovely breakfast again with lots of choices.
